The management staff there are very friendly.
But this company has a trick up their sleeve a nine hour shift cause they don't want to cover your lunch.

I used him to change our breakers in my house and he’s very fast and nice. He came the next day and arrived early. He is as polite and professional and knew exactly what to do to fix my issue to breakers that kept popping. Highly recommended!

Not a good experience with the service received from the person dispatched to my home by this company. Perhaps they need to validate people they work with. I wrote check (which was cashed first thing next morning) for full service expecting after buying part they claimed i needed he would honor his word and return to fix.....but guess what I was blocked... Hmmm... I'm hurt and disappointed because I believe in supporting my community but this is why we go the other way.

This is NOT the same as Super Charged Electric based on Staten Island that everyone uses. Used this company instead of the other one by mistake and was way overcharged for the job, and they only completed half of what we had requested. Escalated to management and they refused to provide any sort of resolution

Unfortunately the electrician replaced a main fuse from the building’s panel, but completely didnt see that 2 breakers on our panel were cooked. I paid 475 for work i didnt need, and had to call someone else and get it done for 375. The guy was not thorough even though we called him back after the problem persisted.

Mike was honest and reminded me about fixtures having to be UL listed for my building which literally delayed me hiring him. Then George comes on the appointment date and does a great job. He was courteous, friendly and didn't leave a mess. Price was the best of 3 bids I received. All around satisfaction.

Really experienced electricians providing exceptional service. NGM Electric's electricians were able to provide full lighting and electrical work for both my residential and commercial properties. Very informed and the work is done with great attention to detail. Electrical rewiring, and new lighting installation,both interior, exterior now look phenomenal.

Its rare in today's day and age to deal with contractors who are courteous, stay in budget and on time while, executing such high quality work.

Mike and his crew did an amazing job . They showed up on time; came with everything they needed and finished in the amount of time they said. They cleaned up and even helped with some additional repairs we had not discussed. They were very clear with the estimate and no hidden costs . Mike was always very responsive and easy to work with . I would definitely recommend NGM Electric! They were amazing! Nick and Mike were an absolute pleasure to work with! They were very professional! I shopped around and their prices were very reasonable! I was moving my business after 17 years to a new location and had to do a total build out! I hired these guys to run my electrical and install all my light fixtures and ceiling fans! Not only did they manage to complete the job in a timely manner they also helped me with design! My light fixtures are not only functional but unique and, most importantly, energy efficient! I am looking forward to significant savings on my future electric bills thanks to NGM Electric!
