This guy is quick to the point and pleasant. When I opened the door he asked what did you break he and I both started laughing and got on the ladder changed the fuse and told me that plastic residue was causing the shock. Took 3 mns max. Nice guy. Saved his number and highly recommend him.

I had a very good experience with the service of this electrical company. The customer service was really excellent . They took the order over the phone, they came in my scheduled time and did everything perfectly. I was worried about the switch repair but When they came to do the switch repair It was completed perfectly. It took only 8 hours for them to complete everything accordingly.

After calling ConEd more than 5 times to restore my electricity to my business they ask me to call a licensed electrician to check the outage. Very late at night I called Ahmed to come check and he said he was 30 mins away. He actually came in 20. He is a very honest guy that knew exactly what had to be done. After finding out it was not an electrical outage he could not fix he sat down and called ConEd to come to the premises to check. ConEd came after 2 hrs and said it was a meter location error. So Ahmed called ConEd and stayed on the phone with them until my electricity was restored. Ahmed is not going to walk away without making sure the electricity is up and running. Very fair pricing.
