My bathroom outlet was not grounded , they found the problem, fixed and took the time out to explain to me step by step what was being done. My family will sleep good tonight, knowing there’s no fire hazard here. Professional and arrived as promised. Reasonable priced. I plan on using this family owned business again.

When we had a sudden power outage in one section of our home, we called Randy based on the other great reviews we saw online. He was responsive and within an hour he was at our house helping us with the problem! That’s like light speed for Brooklyn! Professional, super nice, and he found our problem within ten minutes and got power restored right away! I can’t recommend highly enough!! Simply the best!

I moved into a fixer upper co-op in December and it took me all the way until August to find an electrician worthwhile.
I had a lot of things that needed to be done and had to find someone that fit into the strict criteria of the co-op board within my budget.
Randy and LED were able to complete the job within 2 days and were very flexible. They were able to figure out problems that arose during the job because the building is old., and fix it within our budget of our initial estimate..
I have done the hard work for future customers, by venting LED electricians and having them pass supremely and doing an excellent job. LED prices are much better than most of the electricians I interviewed. Randy and Deron are also very considerate respectful and really nice guys. Thanks for the excellent job. They were responsive by text to get everything in motion. Quickly set up a walk through to give me an estimate. They worked around the schedule of the tenants which was tricky, and stuck to the plan, so the repairs could be completed in a timely manner. All workers were courteous and professional. They were respectful of my property and how everything would look when completed. Don't hesitate to call them.

Randy was great! He made sure that I would have heat this winter and for many winters to come. He diagnosed the problem with my Nest Thermostat and wouldn’t leave until he had everything fixed and working!

Randy is super knowledgeable in his craft, very polite, well spoken, friendly and most importantly he teaches you alone the way. Answers any and all questions and responses to your calls promptly.

Randy was very professional and broke down what was needed and why regarding my tenants outlets burning out. The electricians that came in a couple of days prior, referred by a neighbor, told me I needed a ton of repairs in order to get the power restored and possibly HOURS of work needed😑. They were to comeback the next day after the initial inspection and never did… And for that I’m EXTREMELY grateful. Randy was there for MAYBE an hour and I didn’t have to sell a kidney to pay for the repairs.

LED is great! They were able to squeeze me in two days before Christmas to install 3 ceiling fixtures and repair an outlet, saving me from having to eat Christmas dinner under bare light bulbs! They were extremely professional and communicative, and made sure every detail was correct. I will definitely call them first next time I need any electrical work and I highly recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you LED!

During the consultation as well as during the work day, Randy said that he would not charge for some services such as wire removal and then later charged us for it even after not all wires were removed.

We sent him pictures of the lights as we were shopping and he told us which ones to buy and later told us they were the wrong ones because he wasn’t paying attention. When I shared they were not eligible for refund, he did not seem to care.

There was a lot of damage was made to newly finished wooden floors. Randy said it wasn’t a big deal and that he would fix it but the scratches are still visible.

After the job was completed, he kept sending me invoices that had more services charged that were actually completed. For example, he charged for 5 installations of outlets when he only did 4. Each day I asked him to fix it something on the invoice and he was very aggressive about getting payment even after I explained to him that he was not charging correctly.

Randy says that he "offered discounts". Its not a discount if you say something is free of charge and then charge it and then begrudgingly take off the charge after many uncomfortable interactions.

There were 2 additional holes from the recessed lighting installation that we had to get repaired at my expense. I spent days mopping and sweeping after work was done, although Randy claims that he swept and mopped.

As a new home owner, I am reaching out to several professionals to repair and remodel. The company who did the plumbing, floors and painting were nothing short of amazing with their professionalism and quality of work. My biggest regret is going with LED Electricians.

Very satisfied with the service that was provided. Randy came out to upgrade a fuse box to circuit breaker in one of my tenant apartment in Brooklyn. The work was efficient and neat. Free estimate; Reasonable prices. I would use him again and would recommend his services.

This company has the customers best interest at heart.I was without electricity for a few days and when the electrician came, I had a lot of damages that needed to be repaired. He did his best to ensure that I had electricity for the night while he gathered all the materials needed to do the job in it's entirety the next day. The pricing is reasonable and unbeatable. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from LED Electricians. For starters they were very professional from start to finish. The technician took his time to not only explain to me what the issues were with my panel but even walked me through the step by step process of what needed to be done to rectify the issue. The technician was very punctual, very efficient in how he worked, and got the job done perfectly. If you are looking to work with the best in the city you don't have to look any further than this company.

We had a short in one of the junction boxes in our basement—not that we knew that until Randy showed up—that was tripping one of circuit breakers and taking out half the outlets on the second floor. Randy had us back up and running in less than two hours. Not only that but one of the outlets that wasn't functioning before now works!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Courteous, professional—when we asked what his ETA was Randy told us less than an hour and, lo and behold, he was here in less than an hour!—and knowledgable. They're pros!

Make sure you negotiate the price ahead of time because otherwise he will expect $540 for a simple 1 hour job due to his "experience".

Edit: That’s a lovely story below - just keep in mind the facts. My boy Randy came over, flipped a breaker ($420 “troubleshooting”) and installed a light switch that I provided ($120) and waltzed out less than an hour later with $540.

Just keep it in mind when you work with him, get your price quote upfront.
