Fire Protection reviews in Brooklyn, New York

Truck 10 and his crew did a great job James was an excellent rep of the company

I was calling around for hood inspection services, and I dialed a few places. But what struck me the most was how great the customer service was. I had the pleasure to speak with Venus, and I had no idea what hood service was or how it worked. She took the time to explain everything in detail and even explained things to me that other CS reps didn't really answer. She was very easy to talk to and is the reason why I am going to get it DONE RIGHT!

Shout out to Venus Diaz taking care of us! We encountered some trouble with our exhaust/hood system and Venus went out of her way just to ensure that we will get what we need!

Joseph was also really helpful and gave us some info on what we will need to do moving forward.
