CS Scott did balconies waterproofing in our building in Brooklyn with 2 year warranty. In one year we've noticed several balconies have leaking issues. After SC Scott owner Matthew was notified about these issues multiple times, he refused to come check his work saying he is not currently in the city and this is not in his scope of work. He stopped picking up the phone or respond emails. Extremely unprofessional and low culture contractor who is looking for easy money and targeting unprotected home owners. Avoid him at all cost. He is only nice until he gets paid. Thanks
