They helped repair some crumbling concrete in front of our house. Besides being reasonably priced and good quality work, they were very accommodating when it came to our time constraints which helped a lot.

Contractor Rahman and his team are professionals. They are very clean and very efficient. Bottom line, they take proud in their work and it definitely shows.

Called Rahman in the morning and was here by the afternoon to give me a quote. He assessed the problem and fixed the leak the same day. Felt his prices was reasonable. Very happy with his work.

Rahmen gave me a competitive quote for cement work in my backyard: I have since used him over 5 times for various jobs. I called him afterwards to skim coat concrete steps. He also did pointing after I had water leaking above my windowsills. He is my go to person for concrete and waterproofing needs.

We had to install wood flooring for the entire 1st floor of our home. The work done is impeccable and the complete finish is gorgeous. The crew arrived promptly everyday at the scheduled times for a 2 week period and they made it their duty to perfect every detail. I used S&R general construction NYC repointed my entire front facade of my building. All brick mortar was deteriorated and it need a full repoint. Rahman inspected all conditions of the facade and assessed all situation using the best method of products that’s will last longer. I was provided with warranties of this work. And I doubt anything will happen because the overall job is outstanding. Thank you S&R general constriction NYC team.

I had a leak behind my shower and needed some tiles installed. Came across S & R on google. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced for the work I needed done. I will definitely use them again.

Rahman charged me 18,000 to replace my deck with a composite deck and did not finish the job. Everyone I called to finish the job does not want to touch the deck because it was not placed properly and are afraid it might be hazardous. My fault for trusting and paying in full. Lesson learned.

S&R general construction did Great work my house , foundation waterproofing , replacing lintel, painting.He and his team did excellent I will highly recommend them. I’m going to hire them again in future.

I recently used S&R Construction NYC Corp for concrete work for replacing 4 squares of sidewalk. 2 squares were also part of the entrance into my driveway. The owner named Rahman was very nice and responsive. He gave me a very reasonable price and we communicated back and forth to plan for the right day to do the job due to the weather conditions. He arrived on time with his crew, they did a very professional job, and cleaned up the job site when they finished. Overall they did a fantastic job and would highly recommend this company for any concrete work that you may need.

Reached out to fix our roof. Was reasonable with the price. Resolved the issue regarding leaking once done, insulated it to prevent further problems. Rahman is great with providing recommendations with what needs to be done. Very experienced with different types of stone and it usage.

This company was great. Excellent service. The main contractor has a craftsman for each task you will need. Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Brick work, Tiling, Carpentry, etc. They are a solid team. I would definitely recommend this company. Thumbs up! 👍

Summan rahman came and did my roof to fix and he did an amazing job. He fixed the gutter as well on Friday. He came and finished the job over the weekend as convenient for me as possible. I would recommend him to do it again.

Everything went well with the project. I had several small things that needed to be done to seal leaks where water and air was coming into the house. I also needed to replace 2 glass blocks that had cracked in the facade of the house. The project was completed in a timely fashion (one day) and Rahman and his worker were pleasant to work with and cleaned up well after they finished. They even repaired some crumbling cement areas on my porch and sidewalk for free, which was a nice surprise being that it wasn't part of what I hired them to do.
