A technician called right before pickup to provide an estimate. I appreciate the transparency in the pricing. If my cat decides to do this again, I will not hesitate to call them again!

Nice and professional people. I used them to steam clean and shampoo a couch. Called on a Tuesday and got an appt for Thursday. Couch is 6ft wide 2.5ft deep. Cost $300 and took about 30min. No complaints at all about the quality. Would use them again.

Speedy pickup and delivery, did an excellent job at removing tomato sauce stain from my silk rug. Only minus 1 star for price, cost was steep considering rug and stain were both small. Will definitely trust them with my rugs moving forward!

Very happy with this service. Had four rugs and a modular couch cleaned and my home feels amazingly clean! Very appreciative of the hard work of this company and the care taken to ensure quality results with removing stains and restoring the color of my cotton carpets.
