This place is top-notch. The guy who came out, Seth, was super professional and friendly - exactly what you want from a service call. We called 212 HVAC in the middle of summer when our AC wasn't cooling properly. Their technician, Nick, came out quickly assessed the issue, fixed it in under an hour, and provided excellent service. Now our AC is working even better than before, thanks to their prompt and reliable help.

I'd advise against taking my review at face value - I've since discovered a serious issue with the work done by this company. The problem lies in the aftermath of their visit, not during it. When Nick completed his service, he didn't reattach the hose to the pump, leaving us vulnerable to water damage. Now our daughter's clothes are ruined and we have a costly drywall repair bill.
Despite my initial concerns about the price, Nick was professional, prompt, and transparent about the issue with our mini split system. He took the time to explain the problem and ensured both units were functioning properly before leaving. While I'm generally satisfied with the experience, be aware that you'll need to double-check the company's work afterwards to avoid costly mistakes like we did.
