This company is utterly inept and reckless. I repeatedly confirmed my appointment three times, including the morning of, but they consistently failed to show up and even failed to contact me. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they offered half-hearted apologies and claimed they could do nothing to rectify the situation. This brand of customer service is appalling. Given their ineptitude, it's surprising they'll stay in business for long. Their lack of accountability is simply unacceptable.
