I'm glad I stumbled upon Mac Air, they were a lifesaver. When my AC stopped working completely, another company I won't mention just told me it was beyond repair and I'd need a new unit. Luckily, I called Mac Air for a second opinion. They were thorough and diligent, leaving no detail unexplored. They identified the source of the problem - a new part - which they sourced and installed at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire system.
My AC has been working perfectly since then. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely be using them for any future issues with my system, giving them an even higher rating than 5 stars.
