Quick and excellent response to my AC issue during a heatwave. Mike's sent someone over within hours, and the team led by Jules and Donovan did an amazing job removing the old unit - it was moldy and in need of replacement. They worked efficiently, were friendly, and even managed to crack a joke. The only hiccup was with the new unit arriving the next morning, but that was resolved quickly. I'm still blown away by their top-notch service! Thanks again to Jules, Donovan, Duran, and Howard for getting my AC up and running again.
