I booked a late-night appointment to have my AC unit checked after it broke. The window for arrival was 9pm-1am. I called three times, but kept being told the technician would show up despite no one ever coming. It's clear they're either scamming customers or running their business very inefficiently. Save your time and don't bother with this company - their service is a waste of resources.
