Terrible experience, complete waste of my time.

I had an emergency situation that required urgent attention, but my experience with their standard maintenance seems questionable. They billed me $4700 for the work, which included replacing a part I assume cost around $300, and now I'm left with a significant bill.

Tony provided excellent service, being extremely professional and courteous. His speedy response allowed us to return home in comfort.

I wouldn't recommend hiring Tony for your home heating needs. He visited my place to investigate a non-heating radiator and ended up making things worse. At one point, he bled the valve and water sprayed everywhere on the floor.

He quoted us $600 for what he called "servicing our heating system," but that was just an initial visit. Then he left us without heat that night. The next day, he came back and bypassed the controller, hooking up the boiler directly to its constant-on mode. Within 10 minutes, it was producing scalding hot water.

I ended up paying $600 for a temporary fix, which turned out to be a long-term problem. I told him we'd never hire his service again after that. Luckily, another company came and fixed everything within 10 minutes without any issues. They also informed us that Tony's work would have been extremely dangerous and that our heating system hadn't even been serviced properly.

Technician Tony showed up to fix the heating unit, but then proceeded to carelessly pick up my battery-operated lantern with his fingers. When I left a message for him to call back, he never followed through. I tried calling the phone number on the receipt and spoke with a guy who claimed to be Charlie, supposedly representing Tony. However, Charlie failed to return my calls or respond to messages, instead only texting me once. He asked me to describe the lantern again, which is puzzling since there are multiple ones at their location. Charlie's response that Tony doesn't have my lantern and that I don't have proof is laughable, especially considering the fact that saying so is essentially proof of his dishonesty. Needless to say, I would not use this company due to a lack of trustworthiness and honesty from the employee, which should serve as a warning to others.

Thanks to Tony, I got prompt attention to a kitchen sink issue - a major leak that needed fixing ASAP. He quickly replaced the faulty PVC fitting and now washing dishes is a breeze without any worries. Great service from Tony!
