We’ve been using NorthBrooclean for the past few years. They cleaned our house and did an amazing job every time. We recently moved away, but they were able to start cleaning my grandma’s house, who is getting older and definitely needs some help. They were able to make her wood floors shine again after years of wear and cleaning with the wrong cleaning product. They found the right cleaning product and the house has never looked better. Ernesta is the worst business person I've ever dealt with, her staff is unprofessional and she does nothing to fix issues such as late arrivals, non clean sites, and she refused to give me back my money!

This company is unprofessional, one of the workers showed up drunk to the premises I had to call law enforcement to remove him off the premises. When I alerted FLockz management nothing was done.
