One of the ladies seemed bothered by my presence of picking up my package. She told me to just use the temperature gun as if I’m supposed to automatically know how to use it. Why UPS delivered my package here I don’t know, but the next time my package gets routed here and it’s not essential, ups will just have to send it back. There’s no need for the rudeness because the wrong person will come in here with clout and put the business under.

Disgusting , just absolutely disgusting . First of all , my package gets magically dropped off at this place . And while calling them , this lady picks up like you’re an inconvenience to her and she goes , “ just open the front door “ . There isn’t any sign or anything so Goodluck finding your package. Seems like this whole thing is a setup and sketchy cuz how do you have a business and don’t have the right info online ? I never asked for my package to be sent to this place . If you’re the business owner reading this , change your attitude , life’s too short for that. If you’re an employee of that place , or the woman who clearly has no type of courtesy , may god bless you to see that your attitude is not the best and you need to change your ways !

My office was flooded with a few inches water they crew arrived and They did a quick and nice professional job the place was spotless and sparkling.

This review isn’t for the service. It’s for the fact that an employee who is from this company, using one of Right Way’s trucks was caught on camera littering in front of my house — a box, a trash bag, and a can. As a cleaning service, you should know better than to litter in front of someone’s house and then drive away. In addition, the trash can was not that far away which you could have easily used. No one should have to clean up after anyone’s mess, especially not a cleaning service’s mess!

As for me, I’ll never use this company for any service after what I’ve seen.

They did such an excellent, thorough job cleaning up our basement! It has never been cleaner in all the years I’ve lived here. I’m very thankful. Highly recommend.
