I spent two hours yesterday and today discussing my issue with no resolution, but still got charged $1,200 - a fee that feels excessive for the service I received. Initially, I chose your company due to the professionalism and courtesy shown by staff when I first visited. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling let down and taken advantage of.

I hired them to fix a plumbing issue but was left waiting for two hours with no update on when the technician would arrive. When I finally got a call, there was no one there - no notification either. The whole experience was poor and I wouldn't recommend this service.
