I have heard excellent things about their work, however the person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive and talked over me throughout the conversation. The job I was asking them to do was too small which is understandable. I was surprised at the tone of the conversation.

****After I left my review the owner responded with a response that implied I was asking them to do something that was ethically dubious. All I asked them to do was hook up a claw foot tub. He told me that he would do the whole bathroom but that hooking up a tub was not a big enough job. I have included a photo of the tub that I just had installed. In addition I am downgrading my review from a three star review to a one star review.

I had a steam leak in my apartment and scheduled an appointment.
Parkset plumbing responded quickly and did a fantastic job in mitigating the problem.
Laura was exceptionally helpful and I can't thank the team enough on how quickly they came and fixed the problem

Extremely happy with the prompt, professional service from Parkset. Tom was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend them!
