I had a leak under the slab and the team from Paul Traktman Plumbing & Heating performed a re-pipe on most of the house, excluding the newer addition. Zachary, Leonard, and Dale were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, and well-informed. They took the time to explain the process as they went along. The cleanup was impeccable. I'm more than satisfied with their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone in Brooklyn needing plumbing services.

I selected Paul Traktman Plumbing & Heating over other options because of their impressive rating and transparent pricing, while others had hidden charges not reflected in their initial quotes. Leonard arrived right on schedule and conducted himself professionally. He did an outstanding job of clearing our sewer main line. While the cost of $499 might seem steep for less than 2 hours of work, it's worth it for high-quality service. Not to mention, this was a Saturday appointment with no additional after-hours charges. I'm based in Brooklyn, and I'm pleased with their services.

The plumber, Leonard, was well-informed and carried himself with professionalism. The installation of my water heater by Cayden & Sons Plumbers LLC was executed swiftly and neatly. Dale, the office manager, joined Zachary, the repairman, and offered crucial information about financing and preventative maintenance. They also discussed future plumbing projects and pricing details. Overall, it was a fantastic experience in Brooklyn.
