We purchased a Waterstone faucet for filtered, hot and cold, water from Plumbers Heaven, through Amazon.com. The faucet did not work. Had to have it replaced through the dealer. Contacted them through Amazon.con and everything got handled professionally, with great transparency, and regular updates on the process. It took some time to get a replacement and return the non-working faucet but all went smoothly and with good resolution. Multiple conversations over the phone were really helpful in establishing a trustworthy relationship with the dealer. I would purchase from this dealer again. Thanks for all your help!
