This company is amazing! I needed to exchange something I bought through them on Amazon , and Andy from their company called me, texted me, and got me the part in less than 24 hours. Best customer service ever!

We purchased a heated towel rack, which we absolutely love winter and summer! We received excellent customer service every step of the way - Andy is very responsive and helpful.

I ordered 96 inch infinity drain from furgeson 3 weeks ago and after promising to get it for me last week they moved it out another 2 weeks. I found Andy and his store on Amazon and called him frantically and asked if he has the drain in stock. He said he would also order it from infinity but will work with them to ship it out within 24 hours. I was skeptical because furgeson could not get it soon. But as promised my drain got shipped within 24 hours. I cannot recommend and applaud his customer service enough.

I purchased an uplift station and toilet from Plunbers Havenabout a month ago. I'm from Missouri and cLled Andy in New York.... I was very sceptical. I talked to Andy about 15 minutes prior to closing time and Andy was very helpful and explained everything without any thought of being pushy to make a sale. Andy gave me his cell phone number and told me to think it over andd call him back with any questions. I call him back 3 minutes before close, Andy was talking to me and the shippers at the same ti.e and was able to ship it out the same day. It arrived earlier than he told me as he had described

I was looking for a specific QM drain. I dealt with Andy who was not only very helpful but was quick to look into the product I needed and do everything in his power to help me get it. Thanks to him I was able to get the drain in time to continue my shower and get it for a good price. Will definitely buy from them again!

Andy and his team were great. We had ordered Riobel pieces from another retailer only to get one delay after another. Andy got us the valves and trim pieces we needed to complete our restoration. Plumbers Haven made it happen. We highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

I bought an Instahot from Andy at Plumber’s Haven. It started leaking just as it came to the end of its warranty period. (I noticed water underneath our sink several days after the warranty would’ve expired. However, it clearly had been leaking before that…)

I contacted the manufacturer who said I would have to contact the seller, The Plumbers Haven. Andy was very responsive, went to bat for me with the manufacturer, and got me a replacement. Great service, especially two years after my purchase!

I called Andy at Plumbers Haven shortly before they closed on a holiday weekend. We had a bit of a plumbing emergency, and I urgently needed to replace a macerator toilet. Andy worked incredibly hard to locate what I needed, get it delivered and then called to verify that the installation was successful. He went over and above, including calling me from his personal phone after hours. I am incredibly thankful for his assistance and will definitely do business with Plumbers Haven again.

Awesome customer service. Went above and beyond helping with a replacement from a two year old order. Though I was out a grand as I was way outside a return window, we got a different item then we ordered, but they owned up to it and sent a replacement the same day I called.

Amazing company. I received a saniflo toilet system for a Christmas gift for a new bathroom install. I finally have gotten around to installing the toilet and the tank has a crack in it. I called and spoke with Andy. He was more then helpful and was able to help fix my issue quickly. If your looking for an honest company to deal with. Plumbers haven is it!
