They did a great job diagnosing the problem and got rid of it fast with the jet machine. The stoppage was cleared and hasn't come back since

Had a drain backup, and water kept coming back from the drain. The guys showed up diagnosed the problem and hydro jetted the entire line, water did splash back but they assured me this was the best way to get rid of it. Thus far the clog hasn't come back.
