Jazmine and Brian were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with the installation of my new boiler. Jazmine was available what felt like 24 hours and was always willing to find a solution, or an answer. Brian was also available to support with technical questions and of course the installation. This companies urgency through a less than easy time made the experience extremely efficient. Thank you!

We had a new indirect water heater installed by Switch & Fix back in July 2024. Brian did a great job with consultation and installation. Very professional and polite . Also, Jasmine from their accounting team went above and beyond. We were very pleased to find and work with them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Switch & Fix provided exceptional, kind & communicative customer service when I needed it most. My water heater cracked and flooded the basement. Switch & Fix sent someone within 30 minutes when I called at 1am and were able to diagnose the problem and ensure I could sleep with peace of mind. The next day, they were able to replace with a new one relatively quickly. Special thank you to Brian for being so informative, friendly, and quick to help. The whole team made a chaotic situation so much smoother and I would highly recommend them.

Our boiler started suddenly leaking on a Friday night while we were hosting a dinner and in a panic, we found Switch & Fix (and good thing we did bc turns out the boiler was busted). Brian was dispatched to our place within a couple of hours to evaluate and triage the situation, came back the next morning to replace the whole thing, then returned multiple times to help us fix the water pressure in our sinks (sediment that got kicked up after changing the boiler got stuck in the sink filters). He was very responsive and handled all of our requests. I would 100% work with Stitch & Fix, and especially with Brian, again – the whole team made what could have been a horribly stressful situation, totally resolved! Thank you.

Highly recommend. Our water heater broke. They were responsive and got it fixed same day. Consistent communication from the office (I believe it was Jasmine) made the process very smooth. They'll be my first call when we have another issue.

As per NYC regulation, my boiler requires maintenance service performed prior to the annual boiler inspection. I called Switch and Fix based on the reviews and I'm glad I did. The team is professional, responsive and deliver on quality service. The quote given is very reasonable too. Brian is very professional and efficient. He came right away as scheduled, assessed situation and completed the work the same day. Jasmine who helps with scheduling and billing is very helpful and courteous. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service that was provided by Switch and Fix, and highly recommend using their service. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing projects.
