This company Replaced my old hot water boiler with a new Navien unit that does both heat and hot water. This hanging unit takes up less space than my existing floor model. I would Highly recommend this company

Wish I would have called Switch and Fix earlier. There expert services would have saved me money. Our pilot continued to go out. They recommended to convert to a spark ignition and that resolved the issue. We’re all set now. Their technician was clean and very respectful.

I gave it a 5-star. Jasmin takes the appointment calls; very kind, professional, and understanding. Brian immediately addressed the boiler problem. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them.

December 2024 , Temperatures below freezing I was obligated to replace my (25 yr old) NG Steam Boiler due to a cracked section . I called to 2 technicians and canceled a third charging fees of $175 to $225 for assessments & Quoting insane amount of $$$$ for a Boiler Replacement at such vulnerable times . I called Switch & Fix and spoke with Jasmine and immediately scheduled me for the following day At no Cost to assess my situation and quoted me a very reasonable price with the option to finance, 10 year warranty on my new boiler and 2 (Two) year warranty to any plumbing and electrical connections made by them.
The technician Brian and crew were very good and would have job briefings for any follow up work til completed. Brian took the time to explain the process and safety of the components associated with the boiler and the importance of yearly maintenance and inspection prior to the cold season.
I already recommended switch & fix and will continue to use their services for the future.
