We had our flat roof replaced due to ongoing leaks over many years and repeated patch repairs that were essentially just temporary fixes and never delivered lasting results. This was on our multi-use commercial property on 4th Avenue in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Kings Queens Roofing provided the best price out of 3 quotes I received. Mike managed the entire project, and the crew showed up early and completed everything in just one day.
The scope included a full tear-off, new plywood decking, insulation added in the attic/crawl space area, 3 inches of ISO board, and a two-ply SBS granulated modified bitumen roofing system. They also properly sealed around the AC unit with new pitch pockets and liquid flashing, and installed new roof vents. No issues since overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Kings Queens Roofing.

Used Kings Queens Roofing about 7 years ago for a full flat roof tearoff off replacement on my brownstone in Bensonhurst brooklyn and honestly still think about how smooth that whole experience was. Mike the project manager was super on top of everything kept me updated, showed up when he said he would, no surprises. pricing was the best i found after getting like 4 or 5 quotes, not even close. they put on a whole new flat roof and backed it with a 20 year warranty on both labor AND materials which was huge for me. 7 years later, not a single leak. not one. for a brooklyn brownstone owner that’s basically a miracle lol. highly recommend this local brooklyn based roofing contractor.

Kings queens roofing did a full flat roof replacement on my row house in bay ridge like 2 years ago and i’ve been telling neighbors about them ever since. Eric was the project manager straight shooter, responsive, ran a clean job on an attached property which isn’t always easy. Best pricing i found, and a 20 year warranty on labor AND materials. 2 years later, not a single leak through all the rain and everything else brooklyn throws at a roof. if you’re on 52nd or anywhere in bay ridge, just call them.
