The scope included a full tear-off, new plywood decking, insulation added in the attic/crawl space area, 3 inches of ISO board, and a two-ply SBS granulated modified bitumen roofing system. They also properly sealed around the AC unit with new pitch pockets and liquid flashing, and installed new roof vents. No issues since overall a great experience.
