They did excellent work from start to finish. They were on time; they did excellent work; they were done in very little time; and they cleaned up afterward.

Amanda and Jack are amazing tree climbers, and they were careful and skillful. Justin is very reliable.

Super knowledgeable and helpful. Aaron came promptly for free consultation and was great. Ultimately turns out our tree is scheduled for removal by city so didn’t need the work but would have gladly used them to prune our gigantic sidewalk tree.

We had a great experience with this company on a complicated tree removal in a sensitive position in our multilevel yard where 4 lots come together.. Good communications all round, very professional. Not cheap but we were totally satisfied.

One year later we’re still really happy we went with Arborpolitan. They recommended and planted the perfect tree for our awful, rocky soil, and it’s thriving. Aaron and the team have also been really helpful whenever we’ve emailed questions.

We have used Arborpolitan 3 times shocked at how wonderful they are. Never a moments worry or stress. Outstanding, honest and knowledgeable. Simply cannot recommend them more highly.

I wish we could say great things about the company, because Josh is great. He came, gave us a moderately high but reasonable quote, and outlined the work to be done. But, then, they just sent a bunch of kids to do the work with no oversight. They trimmed our tree in the wrong places, removed the wrong bush, and Josh had to come back and fix it the best he could. It was unfortunately not a good experience and we can't recommend them.

Just the best. Justin truly loves and knows trees. His crew is respectful and nice to work with. I would never let anyone else touch our trees. I've even convinced my neighbors to use them. I've read reviews that say it's difficult to get an appointment quickly. That may be true, but I'm okey with waiting a few weeks to get the best care for my tree.

The crews are so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They are great at explaining things, and take feedback in process. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is squeemish about trimming trees, but they put me right at ease. They did such a great job at pruning my giant, overgrown River Birch, just enough but not too much, that I had them come back for a smaller job on the Japanese Maple. I'm sure I'll have them back again when things grow out of hand. Highly recommend.

Needed some ivy growing on our building to be trimmed. Justin, the owner, was quick to respond, extremely thorough in explaining the services, and very professional. The two arborists that later came to perform the service, Ethan and Jack, were punctual, respectful, and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

I have been using Arborpolitan to take care of the birch tree in my back yard and they have done excellent work. They came to prune, and noticed lanternflies. They came back to fix the lanternfly problem. They are prompt, do good work, and clean up after themselves when done. I just re-hired them to do some additional pruning

HOMEOWNER BEWARE! On top of heavy follow up for a quote, requesting estimates and scheduling, we then had the severe disappointment of finding out that they could not clear the tree 6-8 feet from the building! That was my original goal and what I wanted in the original scope of work! It's definitely listed on there but if you come to my house now, you can see that the branches are still too close to the building. What a joke that I ended up paying over $2000 to then find out that they could not cut anything beyond a 2" branch when he originally said 4". My neighbors were laughing at the ridiculousness of it all. They trimmed for 5 hours and left a mess behind in front of my home. Learn from my mistake and book elsewhere. I gave 5 stars because it's a small business at the end of the day and I hope they can pivot and serve the tree and homeowner better.

Very happy with the work that Justin’s team did in removing our cherry tree. Prior to the team showing up, Justin came out to survey the job, explain what was involved and shortly thereafter sent me a quote. Very professional and friendly. His team arrived on time on the scheduled day and worked throughout the rain to remove our tree. It took the team nearly 5 hours to remove the 30 foot tree, which they did very carefully, as my property line abuts with two others. I was very happy with their work and professionalism.
