Reviews of local pros in Buchanan, New York

Husein Zelda, the applicator for Savatree, did an excellent job applying the second application/grub treatment to my lawn. He was very thorough and careful to cover my entire lawn.

Every service I requested was completed professionally and in the promised time frame. The crew that did the work were most efficient and courteous. They did a marvelous job and cleaned my yard up so that you couldn't even tell that they were there! Everything about this job was great, from contacting SavATree to the cleanup. I would say that if you ever need help with your trees, call SavATree. You won't regret it.

Mike H., the project manager, could not have been easier to work with. His knowledge of our trees was impressive and he listened patiently to our needs and concerns -- and followed up! The tree work (pruning and removal) was done in a most professional way. We were very satisfied and do not hesitate to recommend Sav-a-Tree highly!

We use Save a Tree for our lawn, plant and tree care. They recently removed four trees on our property and ground down the stumps. The team was incredibly professional and worked diligently throughout the day Was very happy with our experience and would absolutely use them in the future should we need to remove trees again. Our rep Brad is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to stop by and take a look at any issues we’re having. Highly recommend!

My shrubs were looking unhealthy, and the SavATree team patiently assessed and explained what was going on (spider mites and leaf miners) and what they could do to help - they were very professional and knowledgeable. And the treatment they did fixed the problem! Paul, Brad and Sergio - thank you for keeping my property beautiful.

We have tried a few lawn care companies who service our area and SavATree has been the best. They are responsive and Brad, the arborist who manages our account, is always attentive. The technicians are also thorough and helpful.

After many years with several gardeners doing weed control and fertilizing I tried SavATree at the suggestion of a friend. In less than a year the lawn has never looked better. Brad is super responsive and a pleasure to work with. One of the techs, Husein, was very careful when doing the last application to ensure no chemicals got into my vegetable garden. He even brought my garbage can up from the curb and put it by my garage. Overall, extremely pleased with service and results I am seeing

Mike at SaveATree is extremely knowledgable and it has been a pleasure to work with him. I’ve received thoughtful consultations and thorough advice on various aspects of tree care, and Mike worked with me to plan out care in an effective and economical way. The crew have consistently done a great job with excellent cleanup, and are approachable for questions etc. I highly recommend.

The crew ground out my stumps and did a great cleanup ! In Montrose NY

Brad saved our enormous maple tree from needing to be taken down. When he first saw the tree, he said without intervention it would need to come down within 3 years. After intervention, she's still standing (5+ years later) and is healthier than ever!

Once again, Brad Gurr and his team delivered exceptional service when they removed a damaged tree from my property. Special shoutout to foreman Billy for running an excellent crew. They did the work quickly, safely, and professionally. They also took great care of my property in cleanup.

I have complete confidence in SavATree and have recommended them to others. I highly recommend Brad and his crew for any tree work you need.

Last week SavATree took down an 85 ft Tulip next to the street that was showing sickness from the road salt. And it was closer to the house than its height. The job was done in a few hours, with excellent cleanup and two extra people managing traffic. They also did serious pruning of a 50 yr old Maple and two older Oaks. I have a lot of confidence in their Arborist that this work will keep these trees healthy for many years.

We needed to prune some trees in our yard. Carlos and crew did a fantastic job with care and precision making sure that the job was done right. Everything was cleaned up and the crew went above and beyond on this assignment. Highly recommended if you are thinking of getting your prize trees done

After the initial consultation, a SavATree rep came by to start the tree saving process. He was quick, thorough and took the time to explain what he saw. Looking forward to the follow-up treatment and a healthy Hemlock tree in the coming months.

The tree care team, CARLOS, did a fantastic, detailed thinning of our trees. Using a no rush approach. The after work cleanup looked like they had never been here. Just great

Excellent service!! Mike Harris was very knowledgeable and professional. I had a large tree cut down and others trimmed. Everyone showed up on time and did excellent work all while being very respectful of the property. Very quick/professional/excellent work all around. I will most definitely be using SavATree in the future and highly recommend their services.

I had 4 companies quote a complicated tree removal- a sideways, over powerlines, large tree. Christian (arborist) provided excellent customer service, a detailed and informative work order, and communicated well with myself and the work crew. Additionally they stuck to their word on price and schedule. The equipment was new and they worked safely. I would recommend to anyone who needs tree services.

These guys care. They are proper tree people and did an amazing job saving our trees. I can’t laud the crew or company enough.

I have been a SavATree customer for the past three years. From my first encounter with Brad Gurr, a Certified Arborist, I was very impressed with his manner and professionalism. Brad is a calm, kind, and patient man who is extremely knowledgeable and reliable.
The company is well organized, thorough in their services, and well staffed to meet the monthly service applications. 5-STAR!

The SavATree workers came to trim a large Hemlock hedge along our driveway. They did an excellent job and they did a great job cleaning up as well.

I signed up for a service plan over 3 years ago. My lawn has never looked better. What any home owner wants from a lawn service is quality care at a fair price - not to mention Green Grass ! SavATree has been delivering on their promises. So far - so good. Friendly technicians show up on time and are very informative. Brad has been very professional, answering all my questions.
