Appliance Repair reviews in Buffalo, New York

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, sold part that did not work at 400% markup versus Amazon, please avoid if possible
-
Friendly knowledgeable stuff, usually have what I need, if not they can get it in two days.
-
Great customer service and had all of the parts I needed to fix my dryer!
-
Friendly service, I'm the type to buy locally. So finding this place was great, I enjoy shopping there.
-
Great help, clean shop very professional and very knowledgeable.

Part came 2 weeks earlier than what the expected delivery date was to be. Part is exact OEM.

I have a very bad experience with this people, my washer machine was broken and I bought a part there for fixed, but this "new" part broke again i going to change the part and they refuse to do it, but they sale to me the same part again and i have to pay the same amount like the first time I bought, but the part broke again the next day, i going to buy to a different place in Mineola and they sale to me a good version of the same part. THEY DON'T SALE GOOD QUALITY PARTS
MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA EN ESTE LUGAR TUVE QUE COMPRAR 2 VECES EL MISMO REPUESTO Y SE DANO 2 VECES A LA TERCERA VEZ FUI A OTRO LUGAR EN MINEOLA Y ALLI SI ME VENDIERON UNA VERSION DE BUENA CALIDAD DEL MISMO REPUESTO NO COMPREN ALLI, NO VENDEN REPUESTOS DE CALIDAD. -
Very knowledgeable and efficient staff. Also, was surprised at how quickly they were able to get my part in.

purchased many appliances here over the years
showroom not fancy but merchandise well displayed and sales people always helpful not pushy
the service department is always responsive when needed and their Technician is very quick and professional
highly recommend this place 5 stars -
Have used their services before. Always on time and courteous. The work was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
-
Overpriced. Charged me $22 for the belt when I searched on Amazon it was only $6 with shipping. Thief’s. Would not recommend.

Ordered the parts, they came in within a week, I paid, took home and installed. Boom , laundry was going 20 minutes later!!! Will buy from there again.

The repair person left a mess, didn’t have the proper parts, had to order them, and when he returned to finish the repair, ( a week later)he didn’t make sure that dryer light was functioning. It was before they began this process. While this company usually has the parts on hand, I probably will not let them repair my appliances, better to do it yourself.

They got me the part I needed for my 20 year old Fridge and it's working great again !!!
These guys are friendly and shipped the part the same day.!!! -
I needed a part for my dishwasher and they were able to get it in within 24 hours compared to 3 day wait at all the big stores. I highly recommend them for all your appliance replacement parts needs.
-
Polite and nice when selling to you. Bought a part turns out didn't need because fridge was no longer any good. They refuse to take part back, and manager was very rude.
-
Came in to ask simple question about securing the front glass of an oven. Possibly the worst customer service ever and could offer no advice or recommendations.
-
Fair price, on time even called to let me know . Replaced several parts was very friendly. This is the one to call, knew everything about his job.
Couldn't be happier with this group -
Very knowledgeable and professional. Just a shame they couldn't help me more. The part I needed was for a garbage disposal that was installed in 1972. Kind of expected that. Just have to repair the broken part so it works, not getting a new disposal at this time.

In May they repaired the timer on my dryer. Two months later the part they repaired broke, so they came out to replace it and told me I would have to pay for the service call. The technician called me and told me that he ended up breaking the whole unit and that the part would be $500 so I should just buy a new dryer. Meanwhile they still charged me over $100 for the service call that they rendered useless.
