We had O’Conner Contracting replace the flat roof on our garage. Rico and his team did a great job on the replacement. His communication with us was top notch. He kept informed on every aspect of the replacement and cleaned the yard thoroughly when they were finished.

We used O’Connor Contracting for our roof and gutter installation. Kris O’Connor was a total professional from start to finish. We had a few roofers give estimates but Kris stood out from the rest as being honest about what we were dealing with. He was willing to take the time with us and explain all of our options for the project. Once we agreed they moved quickly to get our job done. The crew showed up right on time and it was incredible how fast they worked. They were done in just a little over 2 days and the dumpster was gone and everything was cleaned up before we knew it. Each day Austin would give us updates on the project with pictures to show us all of the progress. He would take the time at the end of the day to let us know what they completed and what they would be doing the next day. I can’t give enough kudos to Kris, Austin and the rest of the team. Had a leak through my roof into my kitchen , a friend recommended Oconnor Contracting that a family member had used , Kris was out the next morning gave me a estimate on a new roof , price was right , Kris had a crew out a few days later and completed the job in one day , His crew was very professional from Rico the foreman to the laborers , very hard working crew , the quality of the work and finished product was A +++ , received compliments from my neighbors on the workmanship of the crew and the finished product , Highly recommend to anyone in need of a new roof or roof repairs !!!!

O’Connor has been servicing my roofs for the last 6 years primarily in a repair type role. Just recently the roof on our family home was in need of replacement. O’Connor offered a very competitive price and have a nearly perfect five star rating which is pretty difficult to do for any business, let alone a contractor, which made the decision to move forward with them easy. Although there were some additional costs (completely fair) due to some hidden and extensive damage I appreciated the fact they wanted to do the job right and eliminate the possibility of issues down the road. Kris (owner) checked in both days and Chad (project manager) had numerous stop ins each day. I’d highly recommend O’Connors for your roof needs.

To start off positive, when I was actually able to speak with someone, they were pleasant. My major issue is lack of communication. I had a bit of a roofing issue and wanted to get the situation resolved as quick as possible, so I called around for quotes at the end of June/Early July. I believe the person who did the quote was someone named Austin. So he came for the quote appointment and said he would send me the quote so we can move forward. Well, he never sent the quote. Life happens, so I called the office to follow up. The woman who answered the phone said that they would look into it and get back to me. Well that did not happen. So I gave it one more try and spoke with Kris. Super nice on the phone, but again told me that he would look into it once he got back to the office. Meanwhile, that was the beginning of July and I have yet to hear any follow up from anyone. I understand that this is the busy season, but I would have preferred if they just told me that they couldn't accommodate me rather than waste my time and frustrations. I figured to give the benefit of the doubt because of the awesome reviews for great work, but the chasing was a little too much for me.

From the first time, Kris O’Connor met with us, and every time after we had contact, it was great. He and his workers were prompt, always keeping us in the loop explaining everything about roofing (before we asked the questions) and had competitive pricing and great work. They finished our roof in one day, taking the old roof off, putting a new roof on being very accommodating, efficient, friendly and leaving our home very neat. Very hard working crew.
We did our due diligence looking at other roofers. I had seen a roof going up in my neighborhood, and after it was completed went over and told the woman how impressed I was with what I saw. She was very happy to share with me that it was Chris Oconnor that did the work. I was very glad I stop and asked her. Kris and his team were great! We needed our roof/flashing repaired after we had an enormous amount of rain. He came out to look at our roof and could spot the issue quickly. We felt he gave a fair quote on our repair and we decided to go with him. He was able to get us on his schedule within a week and the repair went seamlessly. His guys were 15 mins early and were very professional. Completely satisfied with the work and would call him back for any future roof problems. I had 7 estimates and i chose O'Connor Contracting. Kris was kind and polite. Very fair pricing and a good product. I had a lot of questions and he always answered the phone. I was able to visit some houses to aide in color selection. The crew worked non stop 12 hour days. Clean up was immaculate! He even helped me with a referral to fix a window. Would highly recommend.

He was patient with our committee's many questions and was remarkably available, making himself free to answer calls and emails at any time, which is so valuable when coordinating a nonprofit project.

For sure, this company deserves a 5 star review. From the very beginning of meeting Kris.. we felt very comfortable with him. He was never pushy. A super nice gentleman. The crew for the past three days, who have been working on the siding were absolutely wonderful. I have never seen a crew that worked as hard as these gentleman and lady did. They took care and pride in their craftsmanship. I was surprised to see them wipe down the house after the job was complete. There were no nails or mess left from the job. Where to start? The December storm wreaked havoc on our home. We contacted numerous companies. They all turned down the job. Feeling hopeless. We heard about O'Connor through word of mouth. We reached out and Kris came out right away!

I called O'connor Contracting to have a roof leak repaired. I wanted new gutters installed as well. They offered a fair price and didn't try to sell me on a whole roof replacement I don't need quite yet like other contractors did. It took one week from the day of the estimate to get the job complete, and Kris kept me updated on when he expected to get started during that time.

Basically, he was straight to the point, no fuss, got the job done and priced competitively. I feel incredibly confident in recommending them.

From the start of scheduling an estimate for a complete roof tear off and replacement with new gutters, to the finished product, Kris and his crew were excellent. Their estimate could not be beat.
