Contractor reviews in Buffalo, New York

Very satisfied with the dryer vent inspection and cleaning. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They cleaned the entire vent system and checked the airflow to make sure everything was working properly. I noticed a big difference immediately because my dryer became more efficient. The service was quick and professional. I’m glad I scheduled this dryer vent cleaning and will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service from a very professional team. My dryer was not drying clothes properly, so I booked a dryer vent inspection. The technician quickly identified the issue and performed a full cleaning. He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. After the service, my dryer performance improved immediately. I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend their dryer vent cleaning and repair services to others.

horrible work

Amazing work Very professional I highly recommend them!

Ground Pro Contracting was hired to replace a section of my driveway in Buffalo NY. The project was completed in June-July of 2017 at a total cost of well over $5,000. Based on Ground Pro’s recommendation, the driveway was also sealed, at additional cost, to better counter winter conditions. Already at the end of that same year, not six months after project completion, it became clear that the concrete was seriously compromised. Deep and long cracks became visible. Consequently, I contacted Ground Pro to discuss a remedy.
We met onsite in early March to discuss the situation. Ground Pro graciously offered to replace the cracked sections, provided I pay for the material. We agreed on this approach and Ground Pro promised to deliver a written contract describing the details.
Never heard back from the company.
Called and left messages many times. Sent a letter.
Ground Pro’s work is not professional, and the company does not stand behind its work. Worse, it does not even stand behind its word.
Filed a formal complaint with BBB Western New York.

After scheduling a dryer vent inspection, Sean quickly assessed our system and completed a dryer vent repair to resolve airflow issues. He then performed a thorough dryer vent cleaning, removing all buildup. Sean also discussed the benefits of regular air duct and cleaning, which I scheduled for later. Their chimney sweep cleaning service was perfect. It’s reassuring to know my home’s systems are functioning safely and efficiently. I highly recommend SKE Dryer Vent & Air duct Cleaning Services Buffalo, NY company for anyone looking for expert dryer vent and chimney services.

I rarely leave reviews, but SKE Dryer Vent & Air duct Cleaning Services Buffalo, NY absolutely deserved one. During the visit, Dustin took his time walking me through the whole dryer vent inspection process and answered all my questions. He found several issues that required quick dryer vent repair, then performed a detailed dryer vent cleaning that instantly improved the machine’s efficiency. He also conducted a quick check of my ducts and suggested an upcoming air duct cleaning to help reduce dust. I appreciated him mentioning their wood stove cleaning service too. It felt like he genuinely cared about the safety of my home.

We booked this company for duct cleaning after noticing musty odors when the AC ran. The technicians showed up on time, used top-notch equipment, and worked efficiently without leaving a mess. They removed an unbelievable amount of dust, debris, and even pet hair. Afterward, the air quality improved immediately—we’re breathing easier, and the house even smells fresher. They also checked our system for any issues and gave us tips to maintain clean ducts. Their professionalism and thoroughness exceeded expectations.

I called Burks Basement Waterproofing for an estimate related to water getting into my basement and cracks in the walls. Burks arrived on time, gave a more than fair quote, and displayed a high level of professionalism, and knowledge pertaining to my issue.
I will definitely recommend Burks to my family and friends and hire them for any water related problem I experience in the future!

Don is the most professional and skilled in the industry and has been for a long time. Just new on the web. Welcome!

Impressive plumbing company. They are responsive, attentive, and helpful.

Absolutely awful! Do not purchase a kitchen through Home Depot. They screwed up the measurements from day one and there has been issues with everything from that day forward. Mangers lie to cover up their mistakes and blame it on the customer.

Tried getting someone to come out and measure my kitchen for a remodel, which costs $99, and is supposedly the first step in ordering new cabinets. They charged my credit card $99 and never sent anyone out. No one there has any idea what's going on and the "designer" is an airhead. I plan on taking my business to Lowes from now on.
