They built my house with the following issues.
Install doors wrong, install appliances wrong, install water meter wrong, siding issues, hard to get in touch with them, concrete cracking cracking, install cabinets upside done, too many issues to list. -

Great customer home builder. Chris Tucker is directly involved with each build and his expertise shows in the finished product.

Builder doesn’t respond to damage to drywall and says it’s not covered under home warranty. Chris Tucker refuses to meet with the subcontractors to see the problems . Work orders created by his office still.have not been completed since 6/28. Forces the homeowner to call subcontractors and deal with voice mail and empty promises. Gutters leaking and cracked grout are two more examples not addressed or completed to date
