I am beyond glad I used the services of this company. They are very responsive and don't just take your money. When I was searching for someone to do the work I needed done I was nervous because I didn't want to use a company that was only in it to make money. I wanted a company that actually enjoyed the work they do and put love and care into what I was asking for. I wish I had my before and after pictures but my old phone broke and had all my pictures. I can't even explain how happy I was when the job was finished. Another thing that made me happy was its a family friendly business. As a woman and a mom when dealing with this company they were understanding as I do have children. They took in all my concerns, my ideas, and helped me build a plan to what I wanted to have done if your looking for a family friendly business, with wonderful communication, and professionalism this is definitely the company you are looking for!

We worked with Nathaniel's Construction on a few different projects on our home and I have to say they were absolutely amazing and were greatly priced.

Wonderful experience. Very good job. Fixed a long-standing leak in my roof and did a great job on my poor damaged fascia and gutters.

Nathaniel's were here to do a complete siding tear-off and re-side. A very pleasant and courteous trio of gentlemen, all hard-working and very focused on the details of the work. You would think that each of them were working on their own homes! We would not hesitate to recommend them for others and truly will use his services again in the near future.

Nathaniel's Construction was super helpful and did an amazing job on the roof! They answered all of my questions, were very patient with my father who is an older gentleman and asks many of the same questions as I do, and when they said they would be somewhere they were. I cannot say enough how great this company is and how easy they made the whole process of fixing my roof for me. Nathaniel's Construction is an A+++++ company!!!

Nathaniel was easy to work with. He is very responsive and helpful throughout the process. He and his crews were very professional, efficient and polite. Would use again absolutely!

Crystal and Nate are both amazing to work with. The end results are always beautiful and they are very reasonable and accommodating. Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing work done over and over again. 10/10

WE GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!!

In my opinion, you cannot trust anything Nate or Crystal say or write.

We met Nate and Crystal at the Buffalo Home Show. After they didn't show up to the first agreed upon appointment time, I should have listened to the red flags and warning sirens in the back of my mind that I had up. Unfortunately, I was willing to give them a chance since they are still a newer company and I grew up with self employed parents.

We ended up signing a contract in May, and paid a $20,000 deposit so they could order materials, with everyone knowing about some of the changes to the plans we had that would be getting finalized by our architect. Those revised drawings were completed in under 2 weeks. We expected the cost to increase some with those changes.

Fast forward 6 weeks to a day before the July 4th weekend. We get updated pricing after not getting any updates for the previous 6 weeks despite asking for them. The price went up 250% only a few days before they were supposed to begin construction! They didn't order the needed materials for the job (some items would take 4-6 weeks to come in) even though they said they had and said they paid for some of them weeks earlier.

We asked for our deposit back since they never ordered the materials that would be needed and haven't heard a word from them since July 7th. A Lawyer has written them 2 letters with no response. Maybe we'll get a response this way? We've also contacted the BBB and may pursue legal options soon.

11/8/23 - Edited for slight clarification and to add that they have reached out after this review was posted. This review may be further edited once a resolution has been agreed to.

2/24/24 - We have yet to come to any agreement with Nathaniel's Construction. They are refusing to give us any money back. The Attorney General has let us know that "despite our repeated efforts, they have failed to respond." In addition they told us: "We will keep it on file in the event a pattern of complaints concerning this business develops." We plan to contact them again to find out what the next steps are in getting our money back.

Another great job by Nathaniel’s Construction. Highly recommend. We’ve used them for a complete rip off of our porch and now a simple gutter job! The porch is amazing and the gutter took no time! Thanks again for a job well done!

Worked with Nate, when I first bought my home, in regard to, fencing prices. And pricing was fair and he also gave me some visions to see for my kitchen window that is weirdly built… when I’m ready to fix that window, we will reach back out to Nate!

Nathaniel has done a few different projects for me. Whole house siding and multiple window replacements. He and his crew always complete the job I would definitely recommend

I sincerely wish that I were able to leave a good review. However, over a year into an attempted kitchen renovation, we have paid them tens of thousands of dollars and have no work or materials to show for it. Nate and Crystal have ghosted us completely, and their vendors confirmed they never purchased materials with our deposit. They have dodged our repeated attempts at communication for months. Please take care, this business is not looking out for its customers, they are only here for themselves.

Lots of exterior work done on my house including replacing of all gutters, window & door trimming, soffits & facia. Construction guys were wonderful & cleaned up when they were finished for each day. Owners were very pleasant & awesome to work with.

Nate and his team did an exceptional job siding our garage. It was an old barn with alot of flaws that now looks fantastic. We also used them for a new roof a few years ago. I would definitely recommend them.

We had extensive work on our home done by Nathaniel's Construction. The work was completed efficiently and meticulously and we are extremely happy with the end result. Excellent communication throughout the entire project and a great crew altogether. Would highly recommend!!
