He came right on time. Assessed the job and quoted me a great price. I was also informed of a serious problem inside home. I will be recommending this company to others.

Honestly not impressed. I paid $100 for them to clean my apartment which is very small they did the living room the bathroom a bedroom and the kitchen floors. I expected more. My house looks messy the next day. They didn’t even touch anything on the dressers. Not very happy.

I had and continue to have excellent experience with After Hours Cleaning. Dishawn is reliable, and thorough when cleaning my house. HIs work is superior to most cleaning services on the market.

The cleaning was well done. The kitchen (including dishes) was cleaned, scrubbed and spotless & well handled. Will be using this service for all of our rental properties. Highly recommend the service.

Dishawn didn’t show two days in a row without any letting me know in advance that he couldn’t make it. He created a huge crisis for me and my family as we were moving into my new house and didn’t have any backup options for a cleaning service to help us. Dishawn never showed any remorse and didn’t offer any alternatives; he never replied to my messages.

Under no circumstances should you hire them. While initially responsive, Dishawn became unresponsive and refused to cooperate when a tenant's possession were thrown away or possibly stolen. It's unclear since they were labelled as "Not Trash" or similar. Buyer beware.

Edit: Should have called you? I emailed you multiple times asking what happened and you claimed not to receive them. Don't lie. I said possibly stole, too. I responded nearly a year later because you emailed me asking for more work. I'd never recommend you after this behavior.

Hi, I just use this cleaning service and would like to share my experience. These are professional people have all the tools to deep clean house. Very efficient and he came 2nd day for us to make sure everything is clean the way we wanted.

Dishawn came and was helpful from the moment he arrived. He cleaned the apartment thoroughly washed everything made helpful suggestions for future maintenance. He returned the next Jay to help us put up blinds. It was just a very positive experience and I can’t say enough about how kind Dishawn was to my brother during this process.

Dishawn and his team is extremely punctual, and did a great job with my moving out cleaning. I let them into the apartment, and came back when they texted me. The apartment was spotless, and they paid attention to all the areas I had mentioned. I would highly recommend hiring Dishawn. Also, he is extremely friendly and nice guy overall!

Honestly, Just Let Down: No Call, No Show by Owner

This review is a reflection of my experiences so far and I am willing to change it if there is somehow a misunderstanding.

Called the gentleman last Sunday (7/18/21) to schedule a consultation/quote of the rooms I'd like cleaned. He came over on Monday (7/19/21) (original appointment was scheduled for 10AM but he had to push it back so we met at 12).

The gentleman seemed really endearing and professional, noted he could clean our home at an affordable price and we offered to pay more because it seemed too good to be true.

At his prompting we set the schedule for Saturday 7/24/21 at 11AM, spent the week cleaning and preparing the house for his deep clean and got our new tenants excited for the prospect of a clean home sooner than we had thought. We discussed payment terms and he confirmed he could accept electronic payment if I text him my email to the same number we had been using, (he'd email me the invoice).

Saturday (7/24/21) the time for the service comes and goes. We call, send a text asking if he'd still be able to do the service and no response.

I'm sure he does a wonderful job, but I'm beyond dissapointed that we couldn't even get a courtesy call to reschedule or cancel. Even if there was an emergency, or a change of plans we would have been happy to reschedule. So for interested clients looking for a service, just know you run the risk of a no call, no show.

Update 7/25/21: It's been 24 hours and still no call no show. We've booked with Brite White cleaning instead. Adding the text chain image, personal information redacted.
