I will forever be grateful to the wonderful employee who helped kills-everything-thats-green pick out a couple indoor plants for my apartment. She walked me through the plants' care, including the typical rookie mistakes, as well as potting my plants for me. I visited a couple of weeks ago during a buy one get one pottery sale, which made my two plants an even better purchase. A couple of weeks in, my plants are still alive, and I'll be returning to this business for any future plant purchases.

Staff has always been helpful. I've purchased flats of salad greens, marigolds & tomatoes. I like being able to shop at a store that's been owned by a Buffalo family for decades.

We have purchased nearly all our plants there this year!!! Nick and Sarah, very helpful. Prices fair, friendly service, good selection, Veteran's discount.

I am so impressed with their Customer Service, so important and appreciated. From the people I spoke to on the phone, delivery person and front desk! Also, they have been very accommodating regarding delivery dates that I had to change more than once. Just a great company to do business with.

Our favorite spot for getting the perfect Christmas tree! We also had Elbers totally re-landscape our front yard. We continually enjoy compliments even 6 months later. It looks like a totally different house now! The team is terrific to work with. Highly recommend.

Very friendly service. They had a good selection of Christmas trees that were much fresher than Home Depot or Lowe's had. The prices for a really nice ones were a bit much. Like $78 for a nice 7 foot tree.

Nick and Matt are great people and have gotten materials to my job sites on several occasions, on time and product of good quality. Always responsive to email and text. The whole crew there is amazing 👍

Lots Christmas trees - easy to shop, and very helpful loading it onto the car and tying it on for us. Much easier than figuring it out yourself in the Home Depot parking lot.

I called and spoke with "Judy" who was extremely kind and helpful to inquire about their live trees. When my Husband and I arrived with our 3yr old daughter, we were welcomed with smiles and recieved the best advice from "Ryan". I also asked him to do me a favor and cut a disk from our tree stump so we could save it as a keepsake ornament...he obliged and with enthusiam!
This was our first live tree and couldn't be happier with it. We purchased a gorgeous Douglas Fir 🎄. We're so pleased with our visit that we'll make going to Elber's to choose our Tree a family tradition! Thank you for an exceptional experience 😊

My first visit to Elbers was a very pleasant experience. Being an inexperienced gardener I had a ton of questions. Zakye was very patient with me and was able to answer all my questions and help me to pick the best option for my needs. Having such a great experience, I will definitely be back again and I will also encourage others to check it out as well. I am a small business owner myself and it is always rewarding to be able to support local businesses.

I purchased a fresh Christmas tree from Elbers and had it delivered and set up in my apartment. Everyone was helpful and nice making it a positive holiday experience.

I don’t use this company for lawn care services, however my employer does. I work at an animal hospital and we had an emergency today, I ran outside to see if they could stop for a few minutes while my co workers were inside giving CPR as the lawn mowers can be loud and when stress is high it being quieter is helpful. He didn’t skip a beat to stop what he was doing and have the rest of the crew stop as well, they stayed quiet until I came back outside to give them the go ahead. He didn’t have to do that, he could have said no I’m doing my job and continued his day. But he didn’t, he stopped what he was doing and cared what was happening. Thank you for being understanding and staffing good crew, 🤍🐾.

I’ve worked with Elbers for a few years but was finally lucky enough to have them do landscaping on my own property. Brendan is always easy to get a hold of, answers all of my questions, and is extremely talented in landscape design. Now for the muscles, Christian and Rob are the experts in rock wall building. They work well together and truly take pride in what they do. It’s an art form that not all can do. Carlos and his team come in with all the planting! That being said, I really hope Elbers recognizes the talent that they have with Christian, Rob, Carlos and crew. Take care of the people doing the hard physical work, they are amazing and irreplaceable. Looking forward to my next project!

Two snowfalls. One in 2023, one in 2024. NEVER SHOWED UP to plow. No response to texts. Paid over $600 for NOTHING.

Very professional easy to work with. Took great care cutting down tree with no Problem cleaning up afterwards.

Called to get some trees, trimmed at my father-in-law’s, it took a while as their Lyft was down. But when they got there, they did a great Job. Thank you.

Called and asked for them to clear my driveway, took a little longer than I would like to get to my place, but when they showed up they cleared it out quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again
