This is Don Postles giving a five star review to Toni’s landscaping and tree service. He removed three diseased pine trees for me today. His crew was immaculate clean and it was a precision job. I highly recommend Tony’s Tree Landscaping not only they get to the root of the problem, they’ll go out on a limb for you. Have a good day! Tonys Service came to brothers house the following day from his estimate, amazing rate for the 2 monster trees he had. The machine he came with was like nothing ive ever seen before. His guys worked great together and had very large trees taken down in hours. Very Impressed.

Tony's trees did an amazing job with tree and stump removal. They are fast and affordable and have amazing customer service. The landscaping was exceptional they have the best mulch around!! All around great service and great company .

Tony’s Tree Service has been absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! I got the pleasure of meeting the “Tony” and he was fantastic walking me through the process and explaining to me the science behind why the trees need to come down and the best options. Also incredibly convenient that they not only offer tree removal but they offer services to grind the stumps and roots and fill in and level out the grass from the removal site. Tony has been with me every step of the way and I was shocked when he even offered to come inside and walk me through the paperwork (usually most places come for 2 minutes, give me an estimate and then leave and never follow up). Tony wanted to make sure the my concerns were addressed and was an absolute delight throughout our conversations. Tony also called me the next day to see if I had any other questions and asked me what days worked best for me for scheduling - not the other way around. Tony worked around my busy work schedule to come in the evening for our estimates and meetings. He was punctual, on time, and clear in communication through every step. He was upfront about insurance coverage and all the safety precautions and equipment that they use to be efficient and safe. They cleaned up to the point where you wouldn’t even know the trees were there in the first place. He even helped me remove some larger bushes on my property and gave me a great deal on 4 trees surrounding my yard that were rotted out. I could not recommend a better Tree Professional in the area who not only was a pleasure to work with but has become a friend in the process. We would like to thank Tony and his crew for the emergency work on our Silver Maple.

We were initially taken off guard as our neighbors were having trees removed from their property & wanted branches trimmed from our tree which overhung the property line. We asked the crew member to stop the trimming of our branches until we had a chance to speak with the neighbors & make a unilateral decision on how to proceed.

In the spring of 2024, we employed an arborist to evaluate our tree noting there was a hollowed out branch leading to a hollowed out knot in the side of the tree. Wishing to keep the tree safe, the Arborist suggested to cable the branches in two spots to keep from losing the limbs. He never indicated the hollowed areas of the tree could lead to future problem or the ramifications & the legal rights our neighbors had to removing branches that overhang the lot line. Once the branches were removed, we discover the Arborist cabled a branch that was totally rotten. The section beyond the cable could have fallen and injured someone or caused damage to our neighbors home.

Had it not been for taking down those overhanging branches, we could have had a major catastrophe. The service cleared 1/3 of the tree and now the tree would not be in the position to be stable & we could have further problems. We then decided the tree must come down. With the evidence starring us in the face,
& more tree damage became apparent as the tree was dismantled, it became clearer we made the best decision. At some point the tree would have come down, either by an act of nature or by our choice. We chose the later.

Tony and his men were very professional & courteous. They worked well as a team & even though this was not on their agenda today, everyone involved was patient and respectful of the situation. I would highly recommend Tony's Tree & Landscaping service to anyone who is questioning the viability of a beloved tree. Thank you Tony.

Tonys tree came out and took down 7 trees and trimmed all the hedges. This is not the first time I've had this company do work on my property and they do not disappoint! I've recommended and will continue to recommended tonys tree to my friends and family. Tony made sure he took good care of me with an amazing price as a senior citizen. I'm a very happy customer!!

If I could give zero stars I would, and I wasn’t even a paying customer of Tony’s.

A few months ago, my neighbors had some trees cut down in their yard. The neighbors let us know that Tony’s tree company would have to use our driveway to access the yard, but they would just run the truck back there and then be parked on their back lawn. We agreed thinking this was the case.

Tony’s was supposed to come on a Wednesday, but came a day early. Not only did they come inches from hitting our house with the truck, they knocked some piping off our house and cracked our concrete splash block that runs under our gutter by driving over it. These are custom made and can’t just be replaced. They proceeded to park the huge truck on my neighbors lawn, but then back heavy equipment into our driveway and were using their tree grinder in our driveway, making an absolute mess of our side lawn and landscaping. Our driveway also isn’t in good shape, if we knew this is what was really going to occur, we never would have agreed to it! Mind you they came a day earlier than were supposed to, and we weren’t able to plan for our dogs to go elsewhere, as they are very sensitive to loud noises. To top this all off, the workers were using our personal garbage can to haul tree clippings into their truck.

The company never even finished the work on my neighbors trees, as their stumps were never ground down.

I tried getting in contact with Tony’s multiple times regarding the damage to the property. Tony was supposed to come out multiple times to assess the damages, but either rescheduled or flat out no showed. The only helpful person, so I thought, was their front office lady, Dorisha. She put both me and my neighbor in a group chat to remedy both the neighbors stumps getting finished, and our property damage. Dorisha was very on top of trying to find a replacement for our splash block for a while, but it never happened and I haven’t heard from her or the company regarding it since November 26th, stating she is having a hard time finding a splash block that was the same size as the one Tony’s company split in half. At this point, the neighbors still needed work done on the stumps, so I requested that the workers do not enter through my property, as if we had a fence up it would be impossible. Of course, they still drove right over my side lawn to access my neighbors yard.

At least my neighbor was able to get her work finished. And we are grateful our only property damage was to our splash block, and nothing else that was major. It is the point that this business owner does not care enough to take the time of day to address issues caused by his crew. I would have been content with simple acknowledgement and an apology, but that seemed to be too hard for this business owner to do.

I was in a real pinch because of a deadline from my homeowners insurance, and Tony came through for me in a big way. The owner, Tony, personally showed up the same day I called. Over the next few days, an impressive fleet of equipment—easily worth millions—arrived on-site. Before I knew it, the tree was gone, with zero damage and not a trace left behind.

It was incredibly refreshing to work with someone who brings old-school business ethics, honesty, and follow-through. I trusted Tony from the start, and he delivered beyond expectations.

I would absolutely recommend Tony's Tree Service and will be using them for any future projects. They did an amazing job to say the least. We had a very large partially rotted silver maple in our back yard that was quickly becoming a cause for concern. We met with Tony initially and he was very knowledgeable and professional and quoted us a reasonable price based on the complexity of the job. In addition to the tree being about 80ft tall and partially rotted it was located in our backyard where there are power lines, fencing and a deck to be careful of in addition to the narrow gate access to access the tree. Tony and his crew came on the day of the job with a crane that clamps onto the limbs and cuts them and safely carried them over my home to the street where they were then put into the wood chipper. This piece of equipment was impressive and is exactly what was needed to get the job done safely. Tony's crew were very nice and took extra care when cleaning up at the end of the job as well as took extra care to protect my lawn, driveway and belongings in the yard during setup. During the day they diligently worked to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. Tony personally contacted me the day before to let me know that they would be there the following morning as I requested so that I could plan accordingly. Tony's office staff specifically Carol and Maria were a pleasure to deal with as well. Also when booking your appointment be patient for scheduling as there are variables that are out of their control and we are in Buffalo after all where we never know what to expect from the weather .

One of my favorite trees aka pink flowering tree was on sale for $20.00 which made me very happy. The sales guy at the checkout (outdoors) (sucker that I was LOL) told me that if I apply for a Home Depot card that I would receive a one time discount of $25.00 for my purchase. Well that’s just what I did because now that pretty tree that I wanted cost nothing. We’ll see how it all pans out in the future but it sounded good at the time… That employee probably got a pat on the back for another credit card sale and I got a tree …..are two positives at least. Happy earth day vibes to everyone.

Solid place to pickup garden supplies

Absolutely love Anthony’s landscaping. Their team was super friendly and professional. They came in and got the job done! My yard looks amazing! I am so happy with their work. Wish I would have contacted them sooner. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to brighten up their home.

Peter Burke is an excellent and erudite landscape designer, with a special interest in native trees and shrubs, and has been the key to realizing a new public square on Buffalo’s East Side.

Peter did a beautiful job creating a landscape design for my cottage. He is very thorough, attentive to detail, and professional throughout. No photos yet. Will post when project is finished.

Peter was wonderful to work with and so creative! In addition to the landscape design, he recommended a lot of plants for us to review and helped us clarify our vision. He was able to focus on our priorities of lower maintenance plants, hearty varietals for the harsh snow & winters, while also keeping with native WNY and deer-resistant selections.

Very professional, knowledgeable,incorporates your ideas into the design, provides design options to insure positive layout of both hard and soft scapes, provides pros and cons of plant layout and materials. Really great to work with, I love his the design of my back yard.
