We informed Parrot Pools of our situation, and Sean showed up the next day to do a leak detection service, even though it was a holiday. He found the issue and fixed the problem same day. Great service, would recommend to anyone.

I had a leak in the poor and Sean was very prompt in responding to my questions/inquiries and provided very valuable advise and guidance on how to both identify the leak and advised on the products to seal it with. Everything worked just as he has predicted.

I am really happy with the work Sean did. My pump died and he came out and installed a new pump… It didn’t take him long and I feel like the price was very reasonable.

I had Parrot Pool replace intake/return valves for our inground pool recently, after having had great difficulty in locating someone to do the work.

Sean was very responsive and communicative, something sadly missing with most of the other pool service companies I contacted. The job was completed on time and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Parrot Pool for pool service.

We had a leak in the deep end of our pool about 7' below the service. After calling 3 western NY pool dealers, we were told that they were either too busy or didn't do that type of repair. We called Sean and he said he would try to get to us in 3 days. He was here in 2. Sean and his son did a great job for a very difficult patch. They had all the equipment and knowledge to do it right. Sean said they do all pool repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend this service for any of your pool needs.
