I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was working with your company. I wish every contractor operated with the same attitude, professionalism, and efficiency that your employees have demonstrated the last couple months (particularly Ben,CJ and Cody) they were an absolute pleasure having on my job site so so thanks again and I’m truly looking forward to the next time/project with DWC

I strongly advise against hiring these guys. They are extremely immature and unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them to tighten a bolt.

Day 3 of no air. Waiting on commerical service tech since Monday. I have no choice in what company comes out. I understand they are busy but saying may get to you Friday is unacceptable.
They must be understaffed to leave someone without air for five days.
Once you get past all the holds, the ads and get an actual person they are nice but frustrated.

We had Michael come out to help, when our AC went down. He had to make two separate trips to our home, and on both visits he was professional, friendly, informative, and knew what he was doing. We sincerely appreciated all he did. Service above and beyond!

Our technician, Kevin, was outstanding and very friendly! All issues resolved in a timely manner. Rainbow Air, located in Niagara Falls, appreciated the quick resolution to our problems!

Absolute garbage of a company. My commercial HVAC was broken and called them for help. They said they can send a technician out for $75 (no i didn't mishear it). When the technician comes out, he diagnosed the problem to be fixable. Later that day they call for payment for the technician coming out and demanded $380. I was shocked at the amount, and said i was told it was $75, they said no it's $380. I reluctantly paid because the HVAC is fixable. I called the following business day and asked if this Mike guy has a quote for me to fix the HVAC, he rudely said no it needs to be replaced and I told him "what?, but your technician said it's repairable" he said nope, it needs to be replaced and I was so mad I hang up. Dude's a loser and it reflects the company he works for. I recommend avoiding this business at all cost.

As a HVAC contractor, you will not find a control distributor with more knowledge than the people at DBM controls.

I needed to replace my furnace igniter & the guys here were so helpful!! It saved me so much money not having to call a repairman!

My furnace was having trouble and I diagnosed it to the pressure sensor. I went to a few places and the people wouldn't even talk to me. I went to DBM and the guy was outstanding. He gave me some advice and the part I needed. I will definitely recommend to everybody in the future.

Called DBM to inquire about a hot water recirculation pump. Joe was very patient and helpful in looking up my pump request answering all my questions. As I was out of state and ordering the pump from info online, Joe cautioned me on the order making sure I was ordering the correct pump. I received the pump and the picture on the box did not match the picture online so I called to inquire if I was shipped the correct pump. Again, the personnel at DBM was patient and helpful in assuring me that the correct model was shipped. Many manufacturers model numbers vary by only a few characters, so since their return policy was limited I wanted to insure before I opened the box I had the correct pump.

I can't thank DBMs personnel enough for their patience and help. We will be happy getting warmer water faster to our shower and saving water.
