My motor quit in my aging furnace. Maxwell replaced the motor and explained everything that he was going to do. He didn’t try to talk me into buying a new furnace. He was friendly, well educated, and soft spoken. I would definitely use him again and I highly recommend him.

My step-daughter's boiler wouldn't reach temperature. T-Mark came and changed out expansion tank, made "some other" repairs and bled tbe system. Just under a $1,000.00. He said wait 24-48 hours to check...Still not working properly. He came out again. Said everything seems to be okay, it is just really cold out so it won't get to the set temperature....what???
After reading my above review I was contacted by Anthony from T-Mark assuring the concerns would be addressed. Yesterday they returned for 3rd time and everything seems to be functioning properly now. Anthony kept to his word and made sure the issues were resolved satisfactorily. Thank you!

Came home tonight to a broken furnace and a house getting colder by the minute. I called T-Mark and can’t say enough about the excellent service I received. After calling another company first and hearing they would get to me by the end of the week. I called T-Mark. From the kind and compassionate representative on the phone to the extremely competent technician, Keith, I had heat within a few hours. Keith was professional and friendly. He found the problem and had a fix quickly. He patiently explained what happened and advised me regarding next steps. Needless to say, I will have T-Mark on speed dial and they will be the first and only company I call from now on!
