From the very beginning, Tom made it clear that his goal was our total satisfaction and to provide a top notch professional cleaning service for my business. What really impressed me was that his dedication didn’t stop once the sale was made. Far beyond his sales role, Tom continued to take my calls and texts and responded promptly to make sure all of our issues were addressed. His genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to his customers.

CJ you can tell works very hard all hours of the day and on weekends too! He was instrumental in making sure all scheduling and coverage was in place. We have been using Jan - Pro for a few years now, and its been a great experience. Davon has been fantastic whenever I need something done he as been there.

Jan-Pro was unprofessional. I was looking for a last minute deep clean for our business that I just purchased and was opening, and possibly weekly cleanings thereafter. The guy who came to my business spent about 15 minutes going over my space. Took measurements and I discussed what I needed from them. He wasn’t very friendly, but whatever. He said he would get back to me with a quote that evening. I never heard from him so I sent him an email. I received a brief text saying they were “passing” on our business. I asked for an explanation out of curiosity, and I was left on “read.” No response.

That’s too bad because another local cleaning company was happy to do the initial job and we signed on with them for weekly cleaning going forward, along with another business I own in Williamsville. I was just very put off by this and my time was wasted. If you’re going to spend time looking over my space and speaking with me, then follow up with me professionally.
