Italian Heritage Festival hired Top of the Line to manage all the trash removal for the festival. They were above and beyond wonderful. Our festival was the cleanest and most successful because of their service.
The staff was exemplary, you couldn't ask for nicer and more helpful people. All of our needs were taken care of instantly.
And as you can imagine, we have a ton of garbage!
No task was too big or too small for them to handle.
Top of the line, cleaning made the festival enjoyable for all that attended and also for all of us that organized the festival. The board of the italian festival looks forward to having them back again next year!

Top of the Line did a great job. Tracey was on time and worked steadily on a difficult bathroom and kitchen clean up. The company is reliable and communicates well.

I subcontracted with Top-of-the-Line Cleaning, and the experience was hands-down one of the most unprofessional jobs I’ve ever taken.

Marcus promised a certain number of hours and failed to follow through—no warning, no update, no accountability. My team and I planned our schedules around the hours he committed to. Instead of communicating when he realized he didn’t need us, he waited until the exact moment I showed up at the job site to tell me I was no longer needed. That level of disregard for someone else’s time and planning is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, his crew’s work ethic was terrible. His employees did a half-assed job and left most of the real work to my team. On top of that, one of his workers was openly smoking what appeared to be PCP/K2 right on the job site—in full view of others, including the project manager. That is not only unprofessional, it’s unsafe.

Between the lack of communication, broken promises, wasted time, and completely inappropriate on-site behavior, I would never recommend subcontracting with this company or trusting them on a professional project.

Save yourself the stress and find a company that actually respects people and runs a legitimate operation.
