Hector’s work is very thorough and also flexible and communicative regarding scheduling needs and changes. The LawnStarter app is a great tool for managing my lawn care needs. I am very happy with the service I am receiving and have no hesitation in recommending both Hector and the LawnStarter business.

The customer service is outstanding that is why they get 1 star. But the different crews sent to my home had excused every time when it came to regular mowing. My lot is very small, 15 minutes max. But they would skip me then charge me for over growing lawn. Frustrating. It felt like they skipped me with some lame excuse just to charge more later. Disappointing.

My lawn and landscape have never looked as good as they do today. I am glad to have found LawnStarter for taking care of my property. I am so excited to have my yard back so I can sit and enjoy it. I am letting all my friends, neighbors and family know about a great service that LawnStarter did for me. It's a great company to use and easy to work with.

Pay for a different service. They charged me for two lawn mowing services when they did absolutely nothing! My former pro is a fraud as she was putting that she completed the job, but she was never even on my property! I cancelled my account immediately, and instead of just reimbursing me for the charges they are offering me a 15 dollar credit to my account, even though I already cancelled! Just shady and fraudulent.

Worth the money. Easy to use interface. Nice and neat! Kahlil is great! Make sure to tip these guys!

I started using this service last year. I have been very pleased with the quality and responsivenes of their field crew, and their commitment to doing the job right. My lawn hasn't been this well cared for in years! Excellent company, great system/communications, fair price for value received. I can highly recommend them.

Do not book lawn care through them! It was a nightmare dealing with their “pros” the would come and do half of my lawn for 2 months straight. Literally leaving patches of un mowed grass. I’ve attached a photo of the time they came and did one stripe down the back of my yard then left 🫠
