Worst company to hire for snow plow removal. We hired him last year and paid him in full for the season and he only plowed out lot twice and never showed up any other time. Wouldn't answer phone when you called him to find out where he is and never returned phone calls. Do not hire this company

They clear snow as advertised, but read the fine print. If you get 7” of snow or more, they charge you an additional $55 each time. They won’t give you your money back if you don’t use all prepaid for plows though, which is a ripoff. I would shop around before committing to this company. I’ve had others that don’t charge this extra fee.

I own 4 properties in the City of Buffalo and I have contracted with Yard Barber for the pass 3 years to handle the Snow Plowing of my driveways and the clearing of my sidewalks. I have paid upfront every year by and I have never had them do a no call no show on my properties. They are a very responsive company , I have never had to wait hours to receive a call back. I am able to reach them via email, text or phone. The Office Manager April is very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this company to any homeowner or landlord who wants a reliable , honest affordable service.

Great company! I live in north buffalo and i called them yesterday morning for a snow plowing quote and received a call back within 15 min . I received a very reasonable quote from Kim the Office Mgr and she said someone would be out later before 3pm. The crew came and did a terrific job of cleaning up driveway , sidewalks , walkway and steps.I made sure i gave the guys a good tip for being punctual and professional for braving the cold blizzard conditions. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use in the future! - Mark Davis

Sham and his friendly crew did an excellent job on my landscaping. Removal of damaged arborvitae, replanted new, mulched front and back and even areas that weren’t originally discussed. Good quality products. I would highly recommend!!

They quoted me a very reasonable price, got me on the schedule quickly, came the day they said they would, were great to work with, and exceeded my expectations. They did excellent work! I gave a wonderful review for my initial landscaping . In my quote a small stump was supposed to be cut down flush with the lawn. This was from a tree Payless had removed the prior year. 4 weeks, 4 messages, 4 promises and the last message was never answered. Not to be concerned Payless my neighbor cut it down with his chainsaw this weekend!

We hired Payless Landscaping to remove the overgrown 35-year-old bushes around our house and plant new ones. Sham and his team did an amazing job! They are efficient, skilled, and especially have an eye for making the finished product look its best. Payless is a pleasure to work with. Their prices are competitive, they kept us updated on scheduling--it's been a cold, rainy spring--and completed the job exactly as described. Our house looks new again!
