I highly recommend Ryans !!! We had drain tile installed in the fall and when they were finished with the job it was not noticeable where the work was done!!! If drain tile or waterproofing is what you are looking for, look no further than Ryans - I GIVE THEM 5 STARS

Chris and his crew did a fine job for us in March 2022. We had a basement wall leak that he diagnosed and fixed for us. Fast, efficient and professional. Shout out to Dan and his team, who repaired the problem in one day with a minimum of muss and fuss. Recommend without reservations.

Will, Chris & the other gentlemen did a wonderful job at my house! They were efficient & found a long standing problem , which they remided without extra cost! I am tough on service providers, but I would absolutely recommend them! Even the contract was so entailed, that I was able to understand it! I am grateful that they were referred to me!

The owner is absolutely wonderful. I had my gutters tied in and drainage done in the backyard. What I thought was a big job, they did in 2 days! Very professional and tidy. When they were done you didn't even know anything took place. Would highly recommend.

They came out and installed a bubbler in my front lawn. Everything was done well and very quickly. My basement and lawn are nice and dry. They do a great job, everything was wonderful from start to finish.

Ryan Waterproofing did a thorough drainage system from our backyard all the way to a bubbler system at the curb by the road. They tied in all of the gutter downspouts on the side of the house, our sump pump, and even our stand alone garage. It only took them 1-1/2 days to do all that work and it doesn't even look like they were here!!! GREAT COMPANY!

Ryan Waterproofing came highly recommended. Needless to say we were not disappointed. They did exactly what was promised. The professional team of this family owned and operated business was very accommodating. They talked us through each stage of the project. Upon completion, they cleaned every bit of debris. Contacted Ryan Waterproofing in early April and work is already complete. Chris and team diagnosed the problem(s) and made recommendations on what would and would NOT work for drainage problems, cracks in basement, and foundation. Even after putting in window wells, drain lines and pipes it barely shows on the lawn. Highly recommend. Neighbors will be using them too. Estimate is free.

I waited a bit before posting a review until it rained...

I searched for the last year trying to find a good contractor that could take care of replacing drainage runs from our gutters out to the curb on our house. The water issues that we were having got to the point where our house was starting to show cracks in the drywall and we got a crack in our basement.... We looked at four other contractors and got quotes. All of them were significantly more expensive and didn't really give us much information as to how to remediate the issues.

When Ryan Waterproofing came by, I met with the owner and he took his time looking over our entire property as well as going inside and seeing where we were seeing the damage. He agreed that it was water issue and came up with a plan to remediate the problem. Other contractors had insisted that we need to pull out and replace all the drainage on our property (3 different runs.). Ryan waterproofing found the one that was causing the issue and said that this is what needed to be replaced.

While on site they also looked at one of our other joints and found a spot where it was leaking and repaired that on site as well. They also fix one of our bubblers that was unrelated to the job they came out for.

I have two younger kids and care quite a bit about who is spending time in my yard and around my house. The crew that came out were extraordinarily professional and courteous. They showed up on time and kept a very clean worksite... Which says a lot when you are dealing with moving lots of dirt.

When the job was complete they replaced all of the sod and cleaned everything up and you would have no idea that they were there...

We had really good weather after the install until about a week ago when we were hit with really heavy rainstorms. typically when this happened we would see one of our bubblers overflowing and one not working at all... If the rain kept going we would see a small drip appear on the wall in our basement and would have to spread towels out and try to catch it. All of these problems were taken care of. The water came out the the curb as expected and we had no infiltration to our basement. For the first time in years we were able to sleep through the night without worrying about water backing up.

I'm writing this long and detailed review because I know how much effort and work my wife and I went into trying to find the right contractor for this job... They came in at a fantastic price and did everything that they promised. while I really hope I never need to have work like this done again I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to family as well.

I had 1 vertical crack leaving puddles on my basement floor & 2 smaller cracks, and he completed a dye test. Chris the owner of Ryan Waterproofing gave me an in person estimate immediately, and was prompt w/repairs. Chris came back to address some of my concerns to answer some of my questions after the work was completed w/in a 1/2 hour the same day the work was completed. I highly recommend Ryan Waterproofong, extremely reasonable and quality work!

Ryan Waterproofing installed drain tiles, a sump pump and bubbler system in my house. They were in and out in two days, and you can barely tell they were even there. That is how clean and precise they were. They know what they are doing. They've been in business for decades, family owned and don't even have to advertise. They've built an amazing reputation by word of mouth, their honesty, and the skilled work they complete.

Chris and his crew did a great job on my drainage. Everything that was opened up that day was put back together before they left every day. When the job was complete you couldn’t even tell we had work done anywhere, it was like nobody was even there. Today we had a steady day of rain and no ponding anywhere!! I highly recommend using Ryan waterproofing.

Ryan Waterproofing did repair work for me. They repaired 3 cracks in my basement walls. They work very neat and clean, lay tarps on floors and stairways. The repair work is done well and I have not had any water this entire winter since Ryan did the repair work. All the workmen are professional, friendly and efficient. This local company was as professional, friendly and responsive as any I have come in contact with in my experience. We were very much in need of yard drainage and Ryans gave us a more than compettitive and fair price for the work they did. Left it as it was just as they claim and answered all questions asked to satisfaction. Would highly recommend them if satisfaction is what you are looking for.

Water issues?? Call these guys!! Ryan Waterproofing came highly recommend from 2 work colleagues. They did not disappoint one bit, infact they absolutley exceeded my expectations handling my issue. No longer is my backyard a swamp, and no longer have do I water issues effecting my garage. After 3 days of hard work, my yard looks virtually untouched to naked eye, and the greatest part of all, the water is GONE!! Chris and his team are nothing but professional. Cannot express my gratitude enough.

I had 3 wall cracks in my basement repaired and can’t say enough, or be more grateful. Will came out gave me an estimate, much more affordable than the other companies I had received bids from. The day of repair Chris was incredibly efficient. They were very respectful to put down tarps and work very cleanly. Both Chris and Dan were so professional, I will definitely recommend them.

Great company. I have been having basement problems since I bought my house. I have had plumbers and handy men look at it and just shrug it off. They came in, fixed the problem, and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend!
