I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of working with Stellar Roofing for our roof replacement. Sales person Jared performed a through inspection of the existing roof (while professionally dressed), provided a comprehensive presentation, and presented a fair price for a full rip off replacement using quality materials.

The scheduling communication process was seamless. We got an earlier date than expected and all the materials arrived on time and the roll off was delivered with care.

Project Manager James Berek went above and beyond to keep me informed during the replacement and gave detailed explanations as to what was occurring while the work was being done. And provided a full photo gallery of the entire project once completed.

Lastly, I cannot say enough about Wilmer Juarez and his crew who completed the job in a day and a half. The workmanship is impeccable. The 10 man crew worked very long the first day and beat the rain on the 2nd. When I arrived home after the job was completed there was no sign that they were ever there and I was left with a beautiful roof. My property was spotlessly cleaned up! No sign of any debris from the very large project!

The only negative that I had with Stellar was the high pressure tactics to sign the day I received the proposal, but we worked through that and came to agreement.

The result speaks for itself as all my neighbors are commenting on how great the new roof looks. Thank you to the entire Stellar Roofing team.

My roof replacement included complete tear off and replacement was accomplished in one day. Amazing! Crew showed up at the appointed time and went right to work. The crew was constantly cleaning my neighbors driveway which I was extremely happy about. Have one issue with a small section of siding that needs to be correctly placed on my dormer. NICE JOB

They replaced our shingles. The ones we had lasted 22 years. Hopefully these fare just as well. The team was on time, polite and very professional. Clean up was thorough. Matthew was our project manager. Everything was smooth and we are happy with the results.

We recently hired Stellar for a complete roof replacement, and we are happy with the results. The crew worked diligently to complete the entire tear-off and installation in one day. During the follow-up inspection minor damage was identified, which Stellar repaired in good faith. Now that we have a Stellar roof, we feel more safe and secure during bad weather. The roof has withstood the recent high winds beautifully. Based on the quality of the materials, the warranty terms, and the follow-through of the employees, we recommend Stellar Roofing. The team arrived around 8 am. I thought the job was going to take 2 days, it was a 48 square roof. Scott said the guys would get it done same day. To my surprise they were done just after 4 pm.
The lead on site Dave did a great job and considering the winds the day of the install (gusts up to 40 mph) im surprised they were up on the roof.

Seller roofing crew from the salesmen to the work force to the supervisor was all excellent. They ended up doing our roof right after Thanksgiving and I was cold. No one complained. Overall a great experience.

Hottest day of the year. We provided water, but they brought their own as well as a shade canopy. They got our old roof removed and new one installed in one day in July. Our only issue so far was a downspout that had to be removed while removing the old roof came loose in a windstorm a couple months later and blew down into our flower bed. Stellar came back and re-attached it. The roof looks great, and despite our repeated winter wind storms, everything's good!

Thank you Stellar Roofing for the great job on our roof. Dan Pfohl came to do the estimate and was great. He made us feel comfortable not pushing things on us like some companies do. Made our decision to go with Stellar easy. And would also like to thank the crew. Matthew Gritzke was the project manager and was awsome. And Victor the crew lead did a great job also they cleaned up after they were done and it looked like they were never here. Scott and his team were amazing. Very professional. Kept me updated with pictures showing their progress throughout the day. Cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. Started promptly at 7:30 and were done by 4:30. Great experience and I’m very happy with finished product.

From start to finish the crew worked tirelessly in the cold, they were professional & did a great job with the clean up. Every step of this process has been stress-free. The hardest part was picking the shingle color! Mike B, the salesman was great too! He helped us to make solid informed decisions with zero pressure. We just had our house sided and it looks amazing. Stellar did great work in a short amount of time. We agreed to our contract in February and were told they would start in May depending on the weather. We got the call and the crew was on site first week of May. The communication was outstanding between the office personnel keeping us up to date, as well as the Project Manager Mathew. When we mentioned some things of concern, Mathew made sure it was taken care that day. Great price, great work, so appreciative of the professionalism and communication every step of the way. From first contact to final inspection, everything about my roofing job with the Buffalo Branch of Stellar Roofing went beautifully. Dan Pfohl, the salesperson was patient, knowledgeable and kind, making certain that I knew the options even while arranging for the first emergency repair. Matthew Gritzke, the project manager, kept me up to date on exactly what to expect as installation day went on - yes, installation took only a single day - and checked back the next day with a calm, smiling presence. Alex, the crew lead, kept the entire crew easily together as several issues were revealed. They even cleaned up really well. Everyone was entirely professional and clearly proud of their work. As well they should be.
If one can love a roof, I love mine. Yes it began as a damage/leak situation yet the matte black shingle with black drip edge and black gutters (gutters to be installed soon) are beautiful with the brick of the house. I am just so pleased.
I also want to say thank you to the support staff who took care of the behind the scenes details. They are (likely) unsung heroes.
Absolutely everyone involved was both professional and kind. I had information and options and never felt pushed. And the house looks beautiful in its new roof…the best of all outcomes.

In the dead of winter, Stellar came and did a full roof replacement on my 1925 house. It wasn't an easy job, with the snow and ice and most of the roof being covered in cedar shakes under multiple layers of shingles. The crew did a great job and completed the entire job in one day. Communication was excellent, including progress photos during the day. A situation to be solved came up (as they do) and Scott communicated quickly so that we could come to an agreement about how to handle it. Clean up was done as thoroughly as a couple of feet of snow allows, and Scott said to let Stellar know if there is still debris when the snow melts and they will send folks to clean up again. All and all, a great experience with Stellar.

After two roofing companies would not come out I called Stellar Roofing. The roofing specialist (Dan) came out and spent two hrs. going over every aspect of the job. I felt very comfortable going with Stellar Roofing. The project manager (Scott) arrived around 7:30am to go over the details.Then around 8:00am the rest of crew arrived with their team lead (Dave) and went to work. They kept me updated and took many pictures to show me the progress. They were done around 4:00pm with the clean up being very well done. I would put them on your list.

I am very happy with my new roof. Troy is an excellent sales person. The job was well done. The employees did a great job, they were all nice and polite! I think it was a little overpriced but I guess you get what you pay for.

These guys are great, and you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service from Josh and Matthew. Outstanding quality materials used and explained in great detail via Josh made it a no brainer... these guys eat sleep breath roofs, and they stand by their product.
Install and cleanup in 8/10 hrs from Matthew and his crew on a cold 20ish degree Buffalo Day. They took into consideration a vehicle that couldn't move out of the driveway and worked around it with precision and care. I love the client portal system they have with pictures taken during the entire process really cool idea. Cleanup was fantastic too almost like they were never there.

Terrific experience with Stellar Roofing.. Dylan Gee helped me get everything started .. with financing , picking out color etc .. the crew came early in am as expected and worked throughout the day and got my roof completed in the late afternoon. They did a great job on roof and with clean up !! Matthew the project manager reached out to me several times throughout the day to check on the process of everything! Great experience!
