Turned into 11 days
He would just leave after 3/4 hours and not return until the next day. Didn’t even show or call up at all on one day .
Would never use, recommend, or refer him ever.

They did a great job on our kitchen floor. They got us in very quickly after we contacted them too. We will definitely be using their services in the future on our house. Great quality job!

Bill is a good guy who keeps his word. They were very reasonable on price and did a wonderful job on building out garage. I’m probably going to have them do more work on and around the house. Give them a try they won’t disappoint. Feel free to use me as a reference.

Bill was unprofessional in managing the finances on our project. He had a bad experience on his previous job and unfortunately, we ended up paying for it. He quickly used up the 1/3 down payment we gave him so he claimed he couldn't pay his workers or for materials when he needed them. He left a half finished concrete foundation because he supposedly ran out of money. We started paying for his materials and subcontractors directly, but he was still asking for money to pay his workers. In the end, we lost money and decided we would have to finish the job with someone else. His work is passable, but sloppy. Buyer beware.

Working with Bill was great. His quality of work was fantastic, he showed up consistently and delivered what was promised. I will defiantly call him again for future projects.

We hired Bill to help fix a water leak from a sliding glass door. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He got the job done in one day and it looks great. We are even hiring him in a couple weeks to install a hood over our stove. We highly recommend Bill.

Bill was great to do business with (as well as his assistant) and did wonderful work at a reasonable price. Our project was to turn a pantry/closet into a half-bathroom (plumbing, electric, and all) and to tile the foyer; Bill was able to do this efficiently, and professionally and was very flexible when we had a few changes in details that extended the length of the project (which we appreciated!). Bill took care of everything- we just picked out what we wanted and he did the rest! We are very pleased with his work and plan to use his expertise in future home projects. He offered great advice and cleaned up the work area nicely. Would happily recommend!

Our experience with Rochester General Contracting was horrible and gives honest contractors a bad name. My wife and I met with Bill P. (Owner) in spring (February 2024) to remodel shower only in cottage bathroom, agreed/signed contract, gave sizable deposit and Bill stated job will only take 3 days to complete. As of this review (End of June 2024 -4 months later) he has done nothing but demo. We have made several communication attempts to get work started, but he has only delivered empty promises. Since it was a sizable deposit and only demo was done, we attended to have him refund a portion and he has refused. He took our money and ran and left us with no shower.i would not recommend him, poor communication, excuses, lies and interested in getting your money upfront so he can skip out on work. We now have to get small claims court involved on such a small project to recoup some of our financial loss.

Bill is very anxious to please his customers. If he or I was not completely satisfied with the results he would redo at his expense. He also made suggestions that gave me a better job. It took a little longer to complete but the final product was as you can see in the pictures a pleasing enclosure.

Bill has done a few jobs for us through out the years. Him and his team have been professional, responsive and reasonable. We had him put in a 6ft X 50 ft fence around the perimeter of the pool last summer. Most recent put in 12X12 paver patio. Both done in a weekends time. He was able to complete and squeeze us in before our son’s 1st party!

Never returned my calls.

I left them a message on July 6, 2023. Here it is July 20, 2023, still no response back. I am really tired on calling people and not getting a reply, not even an "Thank you for calling, but unfortunately we are unable to take on more work at this time." Very unprofessional when companies do this.

Bradford & Sons do phenomenal services, they are very professional and responsive. They are knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them.
