They did a great job with our rooms and stairs! There were many stains in our three rooms and stairs but he managed to do it in a timely manner as well. Recommend for sure!

After having our carpet cleaned with a steam treatment and spot cleaning for pet stains, the stains became significantly worse and there was even a new stain presenting itself. (See the before and after photos.) Two stains transformed in size, with a third appearing. I have called for days now, multiple times a day, asking to speak to a manager, boss or owner. Each time I call I am told I will be contacted by a manager, even sometimes given a time frame to be contacted within, yet have yet to hear from anyone, even with calling multiple days in a row. I fully understand if someone can't call me back right away, rather, just be honest with customers that it could take a day or two to be reached instead of fabricating responses. It's disturbing not only to have your personal belongings ruined, but to also be lied to repeatedly and to receive such poor customer service as a paying customer. I am so disappointed in their work results, and even more so in their lack of, or atrocious, customer service. I definitely will never use this company again and urge any others to avoid their services as well. My next plan is to reach out to the BBB for their lack of efficacy in lack of responsiveness.

I bought a groupon and it didnt save me any money. They made me pay for three returns but didnt clean one of them and then didnt clean one of my vents that was super high up. So disappointed.
