I’ve owned a single family home for roughly 15 yrs. This is the first time I’ve ever been quoted $1450 to clean vents and ducts. The price went up from $1100 to almost $1500 by the end, stating he didn’t realize something about the boiler. Is that our fault that you didn’t inspect before us agreeing for you to start the $1000 job. SUCH a con artist!!!!!
My Dad is 83 yrs old and the employee of this company asked my Dad to get on the ladder and close back the attic door. Like, are you friggen serious??? Or just lazy, inconsiderate, and disrespectful??? I mentioned it to my Dad but he’s at the age where he wants to show he can still do handyman things, even though he has dementia and has fallen over twice in one month!!! I am disgusted absolutely by this company. The bathroom vent still had dust on it and you shouldn’t ask or accept assistance from untrained clients. For that amount of money, do the job thoroughly. Your elderly customers are NOT your assistants!!!!
