They ruined the trees at the front of my yard. They look awful. Enough said. I would never ever hire them again.

This company is contracted by national grid to trim trees around cable lines. They were disrespectful to our property, drove into our yard early spring so it left mud tracks deep into our lawn, ruined the grass. Then finally they threw large branches and trunk logs into the lawn in a huge area not in reasonable or easy to carry pieces.

They not only removed the trees, brushes and branches that I requested, they ended up going up and beyond my expectations. Even to cleaning up after themselves! Thank you! Fantastic job! Jared, Tanner, and Nate showed up to do tree maintenance after a bad storm and their work was excellent. They thoughtfully used mats to protect the lawn as they moved the big cherry picker lift to the backyard. Then they worked as a great team to trim damaged branches and carefully lower the top of a tree that had broken off but was lodged up in the trees. They did an amazing job and we will definitely call on them again for future tree work.

Had two very large trees removed from my back yard and as requested the crew cut everything into 18 inch lengths so I could split it. They piled all the pieces together at a spot where it was easily accessible for splitting. They did a great job cleaning up all smaller branches and twigs.
I highly recommend this company, especially if you have trees in a not so accessible spot on your property.

so glad the town of tonawanda decided to hire this company to trim trees. I came home to my driveway covered in twigs and my yard full of more twigs and saw dust and half drank water bottles.. would not recommend for personal use.

Tree Care of New York did some work at my neighbor’s place today, and it ended up affecting my yard. Their crew trimmed a substantial part of a fallen tree that reached over the property line and left the debris behind, without checking in or cleaning up.

When I asked what was going on, they said they were clearing a tree for the neighbor’s service box. Even though they knew their work crossed onto my side, they left the mess. I also overheard a few of the crew making light of my questions, which was disappointing.

What was most concerning was the company’s response afterward. They sent a different employee—who was not part of the original crew—to deny responsibility and minimize the situation, including making statements suggesting they “don’t work for free,” despite the fact that their crew had intentionally left sizable tree debris on property belonging to someone who never hired them. This response trivialized the situation rather than taking accountability for cleanup and professional standards.

Leaving debris on someone else’s property, especially without asking, doesn’t reflect well on how the work is done or how boundaries are respected. It shouldn’t fall to the property owner to sort out cleanup for something they didn’t ask for and that was directly created by this company in the process of providing contracted services.

I’ve documented what happened and asked for it to be addressed. I hope the company will take this seriously, ensure the cleanup occurs, and remind their crews of the importance of handling these situations well.
