The men at Westchester tree are great and knowledgeable

They came and gave me a quote, however, after many calls could not get them to call me back and schedule the service. Very frustrating.

These guys were great! We had to wait for a while because of a storm, and them being booked solid. Once they did come, the service was excellent. The climber was amazingly efficient at cutting down 4 huge trees. They brought in a bucket truck and a chipper, and 2 guys on the ground were chipping away the branches. Removed all 4 trees in one day. Highly recommended.

Westchester Tree Life has been taking care of our property, trimming and cutting down trees (when necessary) for the last 25 years. Rem, Claudio, Bill, and the entire team are a pleasure to work with, always taking great pride in their work.

WOW! I just had Bill and team take down a gigantic oak tree from my backyard. From other quotes I got, I thought this was too good to be true. It turns out, not only was the quote true, but these guys are at the TOP of their game. The care they took to take the tree down, then grain the stump was top notch. Not only that, the crew was all great! I highly recommend Westchester Tree Life!

This company must have been terrific in years past, given how many of my neighbors recommend them. Sadly, not anymore. They took down a bunch of troubled trees. First, they screwed up the permit, filing an inaccurate description of the property. Whatever. Then, they failed to show up on the day of the appointment. Annoying, but forgivable. Then they did the work and I paid up. And then, last month -- three years after the job -- the local government writes me to say the permit was never closed. The company promised the village that we would replant seven trees. That seems like a sensible rule, and we will comply, BUT the company never bothered to tell us this and left the permit open. And when I called them to get their help closing out the permit, they ignored me. When I persisted, the guy who did the job, Remy, came out and said this was not his problem. But the village had sent me his permit language on his letterhead promising to do something he never did and never discussed with me. Surely that makes it his responsibility. He reluctantly said he would take care of this and then disappeared. I left messages for the owner, Bill Davies. He never responded. This is shady behavior.

Above and beyond, this carpet cleaning company. My carpets are now immaculate, plush, and wonderful to walk on.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!! I had called them based on the positive reviews I saw on Google- HUGE MISTAKE. I had an emergency with my wool runner on a Saturday and my usual company was not available until later in the week. The “general manager” picked up the phone when I called and said he could not send someone same day but would be able to have an experienced technician come out the following day, a Sunday, at 4pm. I was very appreciative and surprised to be able to be serviced on a Sunday and rearranged my schedule to make sure I would be home by 4pm the following day…
At 4:30pm I tried calling to make sure they were still coming… I was told it would actually be 7pm. Then it was 6:15pm… now at 8:09pm and after multiple phone calls assuring me they would be here, no one has come.
Additionally, the technician who was supposedly on his way around 4:30pm, quoted (over the phone) almost $900 for a very small cleanup job without seeing it in person. Having had my carpet cleaned many times), I questioned this with the GM (who I was also speaking to/texting separately), he immediately dropped the price for cleaning to $250 which he suggested was likely more in-line with market prices.
Then they never showed after stringing me along for 2 days.
Overall a terrible experience and a very unprofessional company and now I have to start from scratch and the stain has set in even more.
I have had wonderful experiences with 2 other carpet cleaning companies over the past 10 years- I will stick to them from now on… BEWARE OF THE COMPANY!

UPDATE - Despite assurances that the damage would be corrected, technician has failed to arrived for several appointments. Vendor is not responding to messages. Complaint has been filed with BBB. I seriously question the legitimacy of the reviews. This is absolutely not a professional rug service - Just a billing center that sends out inexperienced technicians. BEWARE!!
The rug is in significantly worse condition than when service was first requested. Further, the service provided was not at all the service described at the time the estimate was given. Despite promises that the carpet would be repaired, technicians have repeatedly failed to show up at scheduled times. Photos are post-service.
