Mike came out to our new (to us) lake house in Orleans County and I will use his services again. He was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He documented the entire inspection and even helped us fill out a form for our insurance company. With only one review (prior to my own) I was hesitant to call but I am so glad I did. He also took great care to use the proper tools to clean and explained everything as he went along.

Just exceptional service from Mike and we haven’t even technically done anything yet. I can’t imagine someone could be more knowledgeable than him. We’ve been having problems with smoke coming back into our house for the past two years. Mike spent about two hours with us explaining the physics of how fireplaces work (we’re not from a cold region originally) and possible solutions to achieving the conditions needed to enjoy our Lopi wood stove system. Really grateful for his expertise and insight and will not hesitate to reach out to him as we get closer to winter again. It’s clear that his goal in this business is to help people safely enjoy their fireplaces first and foremost.

I usually do not write reviews, but I want anyone considering Clean Sweeps Chimney Services to know about my experience today. Mike the owner was here and he did such a great job. He put cloth blankets down around his work area and worked super clean. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Overall outstanding experience and I will call on him every year. Also, I will confidently refer him to anyone I know that has a chimney. I am really glad I had him come out.
